As an individual, I have been doing business with the rank and file of people found at Land Central. This began way back in December 2012. My, the time does seem to pass on by well, this interaction has been good for all concerned, of this I am sure.
Today, was a special day, as some of the ole debit cards were getting ready to expire, and were being replaced with newly generated data. This gave pause, to recall all of the energy placed into land-ownership, from start to finish. Multiply this task by several times, for all concerned, add the thousands of dollars into the mix, and ending up at this stage of the game, is amazing!
There are many things to appreciate in a lifetime, to be sure. The continued blessing of sharing in Ones success with professionals, at Land Central, is something of which I am happy to celebrate.

They have several lots at Rimrock Meadows in eastern Washington. We are an HOA and have annual dues. Land Central is often slow in paying those dues. There could be liens on those lots. Also, when they sell on contract they do not record with the county giving you little legal protection. We do not give membership rights to anyone on an unrecorded contract. For what it is worth, they function under MANY different business names.
Half of billybob comment is right but also the owner was right. I'm the proud owner of two property from them, true I saw the dream I'm not computer savvy the internet give me all the tools that I need to followtru.At that time I was watching a lot of tiny house and offered YouTube with is the very opposite of reality got my first raw land 5 hours Fr Miami I then rented a car to compared with Google Street View check the place at day and night, call and talk to the county. Yes I made a lot of mistake but the second was much easier because I recover and learn from the first one just as when you signed a rental lease read all fine print for poor people like my self I felt that they have the door wide open floating in the air are hopes, dreams, needs, wants and the why I'm 42 years with two kids nothing on my name paying rent every month car insurance no food stamp with a banking account keep at $10. I look at the door jumpthru, in my hand was dreams and needs. Just with that chance giving I'm working on the next one. Remember every business is there to make money every one must learned they needs, they do dilligence by calling the county, street view check other source of real-estate log or more information from the internet sucks as crime sexual predator, ethnicity and what you could tolerated on your future neighborhood. I am sorry to inform you but yes you do sell land locked property's because I started buying one and then visited the land and couldn't even get to the land because some one owned all the land around it and would not let me threw their land to it and had locked gates all the way around the land I was paying for so your wrong
I have purchased two properties through land central, both are a little over one acre each. If you do not receive a recorded deed from said county where property was purchased, then you have a problem. If you purchase a property and someone shows up at the exact same time to view the property... that is suspect in and of itself. I have referred this company to several coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.
These people >Angie are thieves <<<< they sold me a piece of land in Alaska and when I showed up at the lot on may 1st I met another man who this scammer angie had sold my lot to also I asked him to sho me his contract my was dated some time before his so he jumped on the phone and called these scammers came back and started to laugh and said the gave him a smaller lot for a lesser amount.
I made payments for ofer a year and then I called landcenteral and told them that I was going to be missing a payment but would make it up on the following month
Angie said that I wouldn't be allowed this option and then said the land would be foreclosed on me I never received any noticed from her or the company this was like 3 years ago and I been sitting here waiting for their response which has so far been O So i'll be out to the lot when the builders show up and let the know that I'm going to sue them and land central in court some one owes me forall the damn work and lost time I put in to the lot clearing it not to mention the hardship I have been placed in
What a scam boyfriend put a down payment on a so called property we went and viewed the dump in Pasco County. Which is full of garbage and poison ivy my boyfriend tried contacting landcentral.com to get his money back since Pasco says the property is not cleared. They will not return his money or phone calls. They need to view the crap before they sucker another person
Hi Kim, please allow me to respond to your review of our company. I am sorry you and your boyfriend had a negative experience with your land purchase! We strive to match our customers with a property that meets and exceeds all of their expectations, and in your case, it sounds like we fell short of that goal. We are located in Vancouver, Washington and have hundreds of properties all across the US, which makes it too difficult to go and view each parcel in person. We encourage our customers to do as much research as possible before making a purchase, including (if possible) visiting the land in person before buying. We provide maps, latitude and longitude coordinates, Google Earth satellite views and driving directions to each of our properties so they can be viewed before and after purchase. We do hire outside vendors to clear our properties when notified by the county that it is necessary to do so.

Twice I found out, the property just wouldn't fit my needs, and I let them go back...

I wanted a place to put a "Tiny House" and zoning for these are harsh,
You might as well build big. Lol
Yet, through LC I found an acre in a resort type setting. It's my taxable lot, I can have a Tiny House" and small out buildings.
I also got "most cool access" to a ready made resort with pool, hot tub, campground, lodge, ect... Perfect.
I will finally pay this off in a few months...
It took me a decade to find my "dream place"
And Land Central's way of doing business helped me make it happen!

When I ran across land central and saw what they were offering, I was skeptical, so I steered away for a while. But the thought of owning my own land was something that I always wanted to do and I didn't have the best of credit history, so on my 5th time looking at the website and the land for sale I decided to go for it and went for some California land! Although I just today financed land from Land Central, my honest opinion is that they are legit. Angela is smart, intuitive, knowledgeable. She was courteous and nice to talk to. I am impressed with the other staff also. I didn't experience any pressure sales tactics which are a turn off. They answer your questions and don't blow you off. If you want a good deal and good people to finance through... these guys are it!
Buying property from LandCentral has been very well served. They follow through with their paperwork and you DO RECEIVE your title with a grant deed at the end of the contract.
They have proven themselves to be a legitimate company and follow the rules!

I have nothing but fabulous things to say. Not only was the purchase initially that quick and easy, but when I was injured in a car accident an lost income, they worked with me to make my payments, and a few days ago, I paid off my land. Also I purchased a second piece and was able to quick turn that into something else as I was not satisfied... They will work with you. It's land, and who doesn't want land? I can only say if you are looking for land to invest or for personal reasons go to Land Central; get it from them first... I've seen a lot of companies that try to sell land and foreclosed homes as well as commercial land deals... Don't trust them. You can only trust one out there! My next land purchase is going to be? You guessed it! Land Central of course. :) And your's should too!

Answer: The reason why the land is so cheap is because they buy land on auctions and foreclosures... and then the customers have the change to make a good deal out of it. I bought my piece of land a couple of days ago for $3K (1.51 acres) in Rio Rico, Az. When I look at the land value thru the tax assessor's site I think a made a very good deal. I can only say i had a very good experience with them and I would certainly reccomend them to family and friends (which I already did and now my father-in-law is gonna be my neighbor there in Rio Rico!)

If the County is saying that they require a structure or building permits in order to assign an address then unfortunately there isn't any way around that.

Hi Kevin. In order to keep land affordable for everyone, we choose not to record our contracts with the county. Every property in Rimrock Meadows that is for sale on our website explicitly states that until the purchaser is a deeded owner, they are not allowed to use the Rimrock HOA Facilities. Our contract terms state that we guarantee a free and clear title on every property we sell. We wouldn’t be here still selling land after 20 years if that were not the case. The multiple LLC’s are simply for asset protection, a practice used by virtually every real estate investor with a large portfolio.
