TOTAL SCAM, chat bot customer service, they'll steal your $$$ and ignore your concerns. Don't join and lose your $$$.
I signed up with hope of better health and a plan to follow but immediately injured myself and my cheap trial period passed. No big deal, it was only a $13.15 charge, or so I thought. When I checked my statement I realised I'd been charged twice, and oddly a slightly different amount $13.71, two minutes after my initial purchase. The kicker came when it was renewed early, for another $41.66 despite me never having signed in and despite cancelling it. My attempts to address the two separate issues seemed to be responded to by AI/chat bot. They told me I signed up for two courses. I definitely didn't and I see others have had this issue as well. All attempts to resolve were empty responses with no resolution and all times bot didn't address the questions I asked. The renewal fee came early and despite being charged I was locked out of the account. I checked multiple times to try to access it. I informed the company of this several times and my emails were ignored. So, I never got a chance to use it. It might be great, but it just screams scam and horrid customer service when you've paid and don't have access to the app, and it is clear you arent reaching an actual person. Don't waste your money and get scammed like I did. I wish I'd read reviews previous to signing up. I hope this saves someone the stress, headache, and lost money experience I had.
I appreciate that the app encourages progress at my own pace. The workouts feel safe, gentle and supportive, and that transformed the way I think about exercise. It finally feels like something I want to do, not something I must do.
