I have always had great service when I have needed to use Legal Shield. The only issue is that the Legal Shield support in Florida is extremely frustrating, and they do not always help or call or anything, and then they want a person to rate them based on nothing. I have received help in Colorado, Arizona, and Nebraska as well, and those states have always been awesome! They are quick, knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. I have been with Legal Shield for over ten years and cannot imagine not having their help, when I need it. Thank you!
