I bought a painting from LightInTheBox for €204.27, and it was a complete scam. What I received was nothing like the product advertised on their website: the color, texture, design, and quality are completely different. To make matters worse, the seller sent me a photo saying that was the painting they had sent, but it doesn't even match what I received. It's an outrageous lie. They rejected the return, offering only a 30% refund as a "business gesture," which is insulting. I had to initiate a formal claim through my bank. I strongly recommend NOT BUYING from LightInTheBox. It's a company that disrespects its customers, breaks its promises, and plays with false descriptions and photos.

I have bought shoes and some clothes here, and some other items. The experience is easy, and delivery is swift.
I had high hopes for this company. They advertised material as linen, but it is acetate, polyester, or some other type of plastic (there's no material content tag). Fabrication quality is *terrible*. See picture. Printed graphic has lines in it, likely from a poorly-adjusted print head. Color is way off. On the plus side, the sizing is true to the instructions / guidelines on their website.

This company does not honour your returns. They put a UK address on the parcel. Which customers presume is the return address. Then when you remind them you have not had your money refunded for the returned items. They tell you you won't get a refund because you sent it back to the address on the parcel. Which is not the address. This company should not be trading if it does not refund money for goods.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
