Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the foundation of many economies, representing a huge portion of work and financial results. However, they often face huge obstacles when beginning to exchange another market or area. These obstacles include a lack of information about neighborhood markets, subsidizing or supporting choices, tracking down the right clients, keeping steady over the opposition, finding the right group, managing monetary issues, keeping awake to date on industry patterns and market improvements, shaping vital associations with different organizations, investing in innovation and advanced frameworks, and being proactive about searching out help from outside sources. With dedication and hard work, SMEs can track down effective fixes to defeat these difficulties and arrive at their objectives.

1 Star because I could not grade at Zero stars!
Kept locking my account, gave me no way to contact, sent Drivers License to validate - immediately after - 1 hr - they sent response that my account was permanently suspended. No reason given. I had been a LinkedIn Premium customer with over 7000 connections previously. Naturally I was adding dozens of connections I had known in the past immediately upon rejoining - Locked me out and treated me like a criminal with NO COMMUNICATIONS WHAT SO EVER SAVE WAVING AROUND VAGUE AND NEBULIOUS COMMUNITY STANDARDS VIOLATIONS ON REJECTING MY LEGAL/VALIDATION CREDENTIALS!
No way to speak with anyone - at $60+ a month a phone / help desk and an email for communications is a bare minimum - shocking disrespect for customers. Once locked out of account you can't do anything - can't issue trouble ticket, nothing - no means to communicate! Shocking and I am telling as many people I can about their brazen disrespect for their customers! Can't say anything good about the company ZERO!
I created an account but wasn't receiving an email confirmation code. I asked customer support for help and waited for two weeks just to get an email back saying that my account is now restricted.
I tried to solve this issue with customer support - it went on for a month, I provided an ID, but they never lifted the restriction. They also didn't bother to provide a reason for restricting my account or any answers to any of my questions. All the emails you get from them are automatic, it doesn't matter what you write or ask about.
It is absolutely the worst platform I have ever worked with
Unfortunately if you aren't on Linkedin you will be judged - unfairly. I've applied for jobs only to have the hiring manager ask me why I'm not on Linkedin like it's some sort of professional sin. Also many companies only post jobs on Linkedin now. Most of the people on the site are egotistical narcissists who can't stop ranting and raving about how successful, smart and talented they are. And the old line don't compare yourself to others? Well that is exactly the point of Linkedin, hell that is point of all social media and basically what is wrong with our world today.
The customer support is non-existent for all practical purposes. Email and phone already don't exist. Even reaching out on Twitter is hopeless, which in fact is the only option to reach them in case your account gets locked. Their backend software is full of bugs ranging from wrongly flagging accounts to payment issues. Customer support on tickets is rude, arrogant and incompetent. They expect problems to automatically get resolved if they don't respond for long enough! They don't provide any explanation when blocking accounts, and their Terms of Service are a joke! Absolutely Pathetic!
My account has over 6,000 connections and we hire people using linkedin. They maliciously locked my account for 3 weeks and gave no explanation except there is a security issue. No phone to call, emails and dms go unanswered. First time I've ever been locked out of anything. Terrible experience, someone is about to lose their job over this. Lawsuits are next.
I don't really use LinkedIn except an occasional "congratulations " on there. I needed the Premium to send 1 message to someone. After that I cancelled it. They still charged me the $74. When I messaged them they simply said "Sorry your leaving Premium".
Scammy site continues to charge me for months after I canceled a premium trial. Not helpful for finging work. It is mostly a self-mastrubatory site for professional douche-bags
Since my initial attempts to use LinkedIn in 2016, my experience has been anything but awful. Time and again, I've meticulously provided detailed and accurate information, especially during my endeavor to establish a business profile. Despite all my efforts, I'm consistently met with account restrictions.
What heightens my concerns is the noticeable absence of a reliable customer support system. It's baffling that a platform as renowned as LinkedIn doesn't seem to have a straightforward channel for users to reach out, seek clarifications, or address pressing issues. I've scoured their help sections and made numerous efforts to get in touch, but to no avail. Without answers and lacking clarity on these recurrent restrictions, I'm left feeling marginalized and unheard.
The core essence of platforms like LinkedIn is to foster professional connections and opportunities. But when users, particularly businesses, can't rely on the platform's consistency or obtain requisite support, it severely undermines its very purpose.
It's with genuine disappointment that I've decided to step away, hoping that in the future, LinkedIn might offer a more transparent, communicative, and user-supportive environment.
I gave them full information about my business, such as official websites, phones, emails.
Government is accepted my documents, but not LinkedIn. What are you LinkedIn? Just an awful company registered by some students who don't have time to create normal support system.
I even registered this time for premium as a business. But still restricted. If they will take money from my card I will sue them.
LinkedIn is the worst company I've ever seen in my life! It seems they love bad reviews about themselves. I see there are many bad reviews.
Thanks to the internet I found alternatives.
I have had a LinkedIn account for years. Recently, for some reason, I could not reset my password. LinkedIn sent me a pin number, which I entered. Then they wanted a code from my "authenticator app." I didn't have this app, and I have no desire to get it, so they asked for a copy of my passport, identity card, or drivers license. No way! I didn't feel comfortable sharing this information with LinkedIn. At that point, I wanted to talk to a person by chat or telephone. No way to do this. Their customer service is nonexistent. At the same time, I can't even delete my account without signing into it, which I have been unable to do. To make matters worse, they are harassing me with multiple email messages per day, wondering why I'm not logging in. This company is useless.
There are listings for jobs that don't exist. All of my info was sold by someone and now all of it has ended up on the dark web.
My account was hacked and after they asked me to provide the ID and confirmed it, they left everything (from hackers) on my account and even after a few more begging to help me, they just stopped answering and ignored everything that came my way.
I believe that some scam platforms have better customer support than LinkedIn.
Last 3 years i am applying job through this platform and i never received a real recruiter call but there is lot of scammers. You will see some great companies are recruiting and you will click the link then it will guide you to another site then another site with hundreds of ads and scammers…believe me it' useless.
So many account takeover happening, LinkedIn's security feature is so so fragile. I would rather chose indeed or Jobstreet to search for job.
On LinkedIn I have noticed face account that are trying get people to send them money such as charges and pictures copies from Google
I have been hacked for a week and this company will not respond, absolutely nothing when it comes to response time. Good luck with your company I will ask my followers to join me on another professional network that will at the very least respond.
And turning off notifications does not help. Horrible practices on this businesses part and I don't recommend it for anyone.
I had a long term account that was hacked into and deleted. Notified LinkedIn but after several weeks not a single response from them. It appears customer support isn't important to them. Shameful. Worst customer support I've ever dealt with.
I canceled my premium subscription and few months later realized that they charged me for few months and didn't even send billing email- shame on them!
Answer: The recommender should be direct, comment on project you have worked on, and a brief summary of your work style
Answer: It is a platform for professionals to connect with each other but it is failing miserably because it doesn't deliver. There is a great deal of dissatisfaction with the product.
