I recently joined the Morphe Me monthly subscription on liveglam.com and love it! I did have some type of error with my account and they had charged me, but I had not received anything in the mail. I waited twenty days to be sure and then contacted customer service. They replied the next day and set up a shipment for me and recommended cancelling the first account then creating a new one. I did just that and have a working account and received my first package I never received, as well as the next month I paid for! Love the brushes I receive by the way!
