Absolutely terrible online seller. Ordered stainless steel handrails some of which were missing on delivery and rather than replace those missing handrails and in turn raise a claim with their courier for non delivery, they instead accuse the customer of lying! Outrageous behavior and they do not have a clue what constitutes decent customer service so steer well clear of Mano Mano as they are clearly a disreputable firm and I will never order another thing from this company.
Product unsatisfactory…. Excellent communication from customer care, responding immediately to problems stated, reaching a satisfactory conclusion.
Cheap and nasty products from China sold at mid range prices that bear no resemblance to the photo and description when they arrive. The item that I bought was not even fit for purpose.
Six weeks later I am getting nowhere with getting a post paid label to return it and receive a refund.
I ordered a sink from manomano which was physically impossible to use without ordering a separate item of furniture. This was not advertised on the original website nor where the non standard parts. The company refused a refund and I have had to resort to using paypal to force them to refund me. They have received the item from me a month ago (at my expense) and they are using every trick in the book to extend the paypal dispute to avoid refunding me. PLEASE do NOT use these cowboys. I will be reviewing them everywhere to warn people!

Order was made 30.11, delivery 1-3.12. I don't have the goods yet. They don't want to do anything.
What a nightmare! Avoid at all costs! Bought an electric rail radiator which was installed by certified plumber ( extra costs) and find out that the heater is faulty. Now Abby from customers service offered a solution - send it back and we'll replace it. Unfortunately it's not a shelf which you can send back as here we have another job for plumber and extra costs. And then another for putting the new one in... I gave up and will send everything back to them. Already lost lots of money. What a bunch of useless brainless people!
They use Hermes. Thats first mistake. Expected delivery 4th /5th Felix polite & helpful. Communicated well. I was going to refuse delivery but nipped to loo and hey presto enormous parcel dumped in porch in about 30 seconds. Driver sprinting off the street. I bought cheap and expensive outdoor furniture. I asked for a refund and they refuse to give me my money back! Incredible! I will never buy from them again!
I ordered 4 grey high back chairs and delivered on 2nd July. I emailed as soon as I opened the boxes to say 2 chairs were damaged. I sent photos and started the return process and would be sorted ASAP.
First of all they wanted me to pay for the courier and I had to negotiate with 2 companies Mano Mano and Home & Living even though I placed the order and paid Mano Mano. My chairs were not picked up until 31st of July. Yes a month later even though I contacted them religiously.
I then received 2 new chairs on 12th August to say they are below sub standard is being kind, the legs have scratches and the finishing on the material is thrown together with no standard of quality.
As of this moment I have not received the new legs which they said would be delivered today.
I have been conversing with 2 companies which is highly stressful. Mano Mano have no say how the return process is dealt with so leave the customer deeply distressed.
They had promised me compensation which is not to be completed until I receive the legs which is ironic.
I did try and return all 4 chairs but was told I would have to pay for the courier as it is not Mano Mano policy.
It is now 2 months since my purchase, I don't have quality products, I have scratched legs then has not been rectified, I could not return the items with out cost to myself, customer service by both companies has been well below par and. It one penny returned as promised.
I have contacted their Ombudsman and Trading Standards today and reported both companies.
Please beware when ordering. I have many photos and email correspondences.
I am bitterly disappointed after I had stressed about the death of my son and husband and that due to my husbands MS and having to have a minimalistic home for his wheel chair. This is the first time I had bought furniture and created a peaceful space for me and both Mano Mano and Home & Living ruined and stressed me more.
Either company has no consideration for customer service or trying to ease the stress and I have been very patient.

Totally waste of time and money you spend. Customer care is useless and doesn't care about the promises. So if you want to buy anything, don't expect any help from customer care or sellers as they don't care of any ratings. I was promised to get a refund and no response even after following so many times. By the way refund was not even 10% for a faulty product which does not work. Spend more than GBP 600 to promise refund of 50 and got nothing back.
Do not use this company i have had weeks of generic emails telling me lies about my return and refund and after being told 2 weeks ago my refund would take 2 days it is still not in my bank disgraceful company

Rude, dismissive, they will throw you from customer service employee to customer service employee repeating the same messages over and over until you want to just give up.
Have refused a refund on a bed frame bought which was:
Faulty
Broken day 1 of purchase
Incorrect instructions
Incorrect parts
The wrong size - too big for the mattress measured at exactly the same dimensions in the product description
I still haven't had this resolved, despite emailing the CEO himself who hasn't replied either.

Just bought a new display cabinet for the wife. Really wish I had gone elsewhere. The quality of the product is awful, simply awful. This is one customer you won't get back. So disappointed! Was going to click the star rating above but I'm afraid one star would be way too generous.
Bathroom Cabinet, one small screw won't tighten on the door, but you can't get inside the door to solve the problem, it attaches a small bit of metal to the door which in turn sticks to a magnet to hold the door shut, 3/4 weeks later, is it solved, don't be daft, I've sent pictures, videos, emails to various people, you just get nowhere, SO NOT BUY FROM ManoMano,
I tried for the first time Manomano! And OMG is it going to be the last. I ordered a Dewalt Multi-tool and the price with delivery was £106.00 instead of Screwfix at £129.00! I bargain I thought! Well not when it doesn't arrive and you enquire to say it hasn't been delivered. Then the English supplier says it was delivered by DPD, I asked where was it left? No answer, they then said check with your local DPD! In short! No product and out of pocket to the sum of £106.00! Manomano just don't want to know!

I ordered a grill and cover from this company. The delivery was partial as the cover never arrived. I thought this would follow. We assembled and used the grill noting that it didn't close and part of it was bent.
2 days later I received an email that the grill that had been delivered was a mistake as it was of a "superior quality" than what I had ordered. I was given 2 options - to pay an extra £100 to keep the grill after which my cover will be dispatched OR to pack the "unused" grill in it's original packaging so as to receive the right grill that I had ordered plus the cover. I responded to the email saying that (a) I had bought the grill to use it and had already assembled and used it and discarded the packaging and (b) that I had ordered a grill that I had budgeted for and therefore didn't have extra money for this superior model. I was however happy for them to take away their "superior" model and send me the right model.
Several emails back and forth and they have now turned to threats "that should I withhold an item that doesn't belong to me then the seller has the right to charge for everything." Within that threat is advice that should I order a cover from elsewhere it won't fit because the wrong grill that was sent to me has a chimney... I simply don't know whether to laugh or cry...
They have offered to reduced the £100 to £70... the point that they are missing is that the mistake is theirs, the grill is faulty and that even if I had the money I would not be paying extra for a faulty grill that I didn't order to a company that uses threats to cover their mistakes. The most shocking part of the whole experience is the tone of the emails being sent.
I am convinced that this was a ploy for me to buy a more expensive grill. Had it been a genuine mistake they would have dispatched the cover together with the grill on the day I received the grill.
I am escalating this and advising anyone who cares to read... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had never bought from them before but I certainly won't be. Be warned.
Disgraceful money grabbers - Ordered a garden parasol June 2020 for my elderly mother who is unable to sit in direct sunlight due to her cancer drugs.
The very large parasol was used until September until the weather got cold and was then stored in the garage in the box until 4 weeks ago. When it was winched up again a weld on one of the arms snapped and it broke collapsing on my mother. I wrote to customer services asking for a replacement and was very quickly told it was outside the 6 months warranty. End of conversation! If this is is a something that can collapse and hurt someone surely they would want to insect the item in any event! Item was -

This company just completely ripped me off. After ordering two weeks ago they said my delivery would be here within a week. I managed to email them (there's no contact number which shows how dodgy they are) and they emailed me back saying my garden pergola had been lost in transition. I'm not quite sure. How you lose a 3x3 metre wooden pergola. To top this off, they said I have to wait 5 days to email them back and request a refund.
This is a really suspicious company. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying from them at all costs.
