maxbhi.com though accepted the payments and approved the orders #******* & #******* but failed to deliver the same on auto cancellation. The more unfortunate part is that they held the refund amount in the name of e-Wallet instead to refunding the same to the source bank accounts. To utilize the money in said e-Wallet I have ordered another product and tried to pay the balance through net banking but maxbhi.com deducted the full amount for the new order and did not adjust said e-wallet balance.

This way maxbhi.com injures innocent online customers. They deserve legal action against them.

With this attitude, maxbhi.com does stand a chance to compete in the online market now and definitely not in the long run.

Its completely waste of time and money.
I got my order almost a month later.
I got damaged product but there was no damage from courier side. Mean maxbhi.com delivered damaged product.
I made complaint about the product. They have asked me to upload the image of the product. I did same but they said its not our problem.
I made complain at least 4-5 times with all proof but there support staff gives same copy paste answer.
They never listen to you and dont care for customer.

My strong advise, never ever buy anything from maxbhi.com. They are running false business.

I am just another scammed customer of Maxbhi.com, In my opinion if I can give the review less then 1 star I would do that. I have learned from Ecommerce that consumers should give Negative feedback if there is, so that other people don't get scammed.
Now coming to point
Guys whoever wants product for their mobile phone try somewhere Else, Maxbhi has the worst customer relation, If you have got your product in good condition then "GREAT LUCK" but if you have the faulty piece "Which has greater chances" they won't replace it giving Excuses that "You have opened it" or "You have did this" or many more. They will say "SORRY" and you will have to forget your money, then will need to buy it for somewhere else. So ITS Double Loss! Dont Go with this website. And still if you wanna go for it :) then good Luck nothing more to say I have loss 1200 INR. + shipping charges Now you might have it. So better go for some other sites or local where you can fight and get your money back.

So Before you get this words " Sorry but its our policy" go to your local vendor or go for another site. NEVER mark my word NEVER buy anything from this site. Yes you might be lucky but its our hard earned money why to take chance.
