I think that they should try not to get the happy meal carrier greasy everytime it is absolutley disgusting. The fries are always bent. The meat is definetly fake Mcdonalds you are not fouling anybody.
Today I ordered food from a mcdonalds restaurant. On arrival the food was literally hidious. The fries were soak up in my coke which have spilled in the bag along with the burgers inside etc.
In Michigan is it not suppose to be that a company sells a price that is posted and not charge higher before charging a sign? Think this is called THE BOUNTY LAW... Today I guess prices were going up but they had not gotten them posted and had a line up in the drive thru. To top it off they have not had a readable receipt in that drive-thru for MONTHS. I had requested over and over to have one I could read for a game I like to play with receipts. This they said over and over would be correct that day but for months shows they are just out and out right liars and it has never been corrected. How can anyone even know what they were charged for an item if it cannot be read on the receipt. Someone there best get their act together. Also my drinks had chocolate on the outside of the cup and were not all the way full. Please... lets get with the program and do proper training and stop cheating the customers. This place is on Belleville Rd. Off of 94 in Belleville, Mi *******. Time our city gets better places for us to spend our money. Sure wish we had the McDonalds that they had 50 years ago. Today it is not worth a crap. Cannot b relief how the food has gotten this bad. What a shame...
The mcdonalds on highland waterford michigan is usually good but I got mad because a paper bag they used for food fell on the floor and they still used if just like the barbecue
I DID THE ORDER FOR THE CHEESEBURGER AND THE CHEESEBURGER CAME WITH CHEESE ON IT. EVEN WORSE, WHEN I ORDERED MY DRINK... IT CAME COLD! IT WAS SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED AND MY DAY HAS COMPLETELY BEEN RUINED. THE FRIES TASTED LIKE POTATO. POTATO! AND MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, WORSE, MY APPLE PIE HAD APPLES IN IT. WHO IN THE WORLD PUTS APPLES IN AN APPLE PIE. IT DOESN'T MIX. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD EVER SERVE A CUSTOMER LIKE ME THIS GOD-AWFUL EXCUSE FOR FOOD. NEVER EVER EVER WOULD I GO HERE AGAIN. I WOULD NOT EVEN SERVE MY WORST ENEMY THIS FOOD. I HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED TO SUE THIS COMPANY. I EXPECT A REFUND OF 20,364 DOLLARS. THIS IS WHY I GO TO BURGER KING! MCDONALD'S? MORE LIKE CRAPDONALDS! On 11/17/19 at 5:15 pm went to your McDonald's in Glendora ca located on Glendora ave and Arrow Highway, I had brought my mom in it was her 80 birthday and we were waiting on by this very polite young man I believe his name was moahmad he was so nice to my mom and was kind enough to show her how to use the self serve kiosk, mind you this young man was very busy with your dinner rush hour he seemed to run that whole front end from fry machine to delivering peoples food to there tables, I think you need to be aware what kind of employee you have there, there are to many of these types of reviews that are bad I think the good ones should not go unnoticed that young man is definitely management material. Again I've never seen some one hustle and move so fast got me tired watching him and yet still remain very polite and and thoughtful to all your customers. Matt Alexander Glendora Ca *******815

Every time I come to this place it's always a great experience. I've come across a few different people and all of them are very friendly and helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure you are being helped to the fullest.
I like the food here but they serve little late and sometimes the food isn't that fresh. But i will suggest them to identify what can make them more professional and expert in this industry.
Chips are almost always cold and soggy. Fish burger is always tasty but staff NEVER put the fish, cheese and sauce in the middle of the bun. Like why is only the corner of my fish in the bun? Even when it's empty and I'm the only person in the shop, you can't assemble a burger properly.
When you go to Mcdonalds you know you are eating Junk food, Junk food is not healthy so why people fixate on healthy is beyond me. I go there when I want some junk food, which is not often and as far as junk food goes its one of the better places to visit
McDonald's provided a high quality fast food experience with fast delivery speed and nice food. The website have listed all the offer from consumers to choose which is convenient.
I was mortified when I walked into McDonald's today to accept my soft serve only to find out the machine was "broken"... the hoes who worked there were hoarding all the ice cream for themselves! I will never understand how for example the workers at McDonalds could be completely black hearted and cold people. Who break the hearts of people all over the area when the ice cream machine is claimed to be "broken". $#*! McDonald's employees!
I only give them a 2 star and not a 1 because some of the food is good like the salads, parfaits, drinks etc. I only go there if there is nothing else around. And most of the time their employees need to learn good customer service skills. And when you are paying most of the time that employee is taking an order at the same time. So yeah I do have an issue with McDonald's food and service.
It is one of the organization that is providing goods to customer according to their need

They are sort of OK some days I don't want to be rude at all only honest they barley have speedy service going for them now I love my double cheese burgers but I always have a issue when I go to McDonalds they always forget something or take do long or a machines down always some kind of petty yet aggravating problems and when you complain the ghetto managers always make you out like your a liar and they never make mistakes I'm just so over McDonald's on general.
Chicken / Biscuit is overcooked flat chicken patty on a biscuit. Very disappointed. Never again done
If you are in Asia or some parts of Europe the service is a lot faster, in the USA its like the donkey express most of the time. I know i am eating junk food, so when i am going for junk i want the junk fast as in now not next year
