I purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, And received an Ideapad 100s for free, I received both of them very quickly, and use both of them everyday with no problems. MDG passed my expectations and the customer service is excellent, I am looking forward to my next purchase and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I love the products i purchased. On the other hand the quslity of customer service is very lacking. It will have been over 2 weeks from the date my first payment was made before i even get my products. Everyone i talked to seemed to have a different story and explsnation. I will NEVER purchace from MDG again.

If you have any questions, the helpful staff is willing to help you through the process. The helpful staff makes sure you understand everything and are not pushy and forceful. They make you feel comfortable. Even after they ship your product, they give you a courtesy calls to make sure that your product made to you and everything is to your liking. I love MDG as they helped me get a new computer when I most needed one after my previous laptop died. The only thing that I found after the fact is that they don't report the credit report with Equifax or TransUnion, but they will help you get it on your file once your order has been paid, a minor inconvenience for the help though.
