This is a good palce to get your phone fixed if you are not sure of where else to take it. They also sell phens whch maeks it all the better. Have had a chance to interact with them selveral times and I have to say that all of those times have been good times. I coudl not recommend anyhtng else from them.

I am a professional mobile device repair shop and I ordered an iPad LCD screen at 1:40pm PST on a Wednesday from their website because on every webpage it says that if an order is placed by 5pm PST that they will ship it out same day. So I placed the order with Priority Mail, which was an extra cost because I needed the LCD screen by Friday or Saturday at the absolute latest for a customer. I didn't get any email from them other than the generic order email, which did NOT show a tracking number. Long story short, they never sent the item out and finally on Monday they said: "Your order is showing as being high risk. We will ship as soon as it is resolved."

Absolutely no reason for this so I told them to just cancel the order, but they ended up costing me the repair with the customer since I didn't get the part like their website promises.

I ordered an iPad screen from megafixits site. They had a good price. Their website incorrectly listed the color of the screen bezel. When I received the incorrect screen due to their website error they required me to pay return shipping of the part they incorrectly labeled and identified on their website. They also wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the return of the incorrectly advertised part. They also changed the website description and blocked my computer from accessing their chat feature and refused to answer emails. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. Highly unethical company. Buyer beware!
