When I signed up, saw reviews were persuasive against. Truth is, my husband can only use their items for his Arash, cleared his arm up. I just started and I made money already and my house smells fantastic! 100% greatness, a buyer forever. They have better prices and the naysayers don't want you straying from their Walmart god.

Don't sign up unless you are absolutely certain you want to stick around long term. They make stopping your membership next to impossible. 2-3 years later they are still trying to charge me for stuff I do not want, despite unsubscribing. I'm not one for writing reviews, but this one is in hopes that someone considering this parasitic company may decide against it before it's too late.

I don't want to purchase their product cos it's a waste of money. Not good at all. They keep sending me back up orders which I did not purchase. They sent you products that are not useful at all. What a waste of money they keep charging your card. It's too expensive even empty container you have to pay for it. Don't be a member of this company.

You will be forced to buy unnecessary expensive- average quality products every month at around $80-100. You will get so little merchandise for your hard earned money. You have to spend money buying things that you don't need just to get about $11 maximum (free) shipping on us/ them (45 points to be qualified) for the next order. How to cancel the membership?

Products work better than any others I've used. Prices are reasonable. We have seen improved health

I was using their vitamins, over priced at $99 a month and never got to use my points or the rebate crap they try to sell you on. I stopped my subscription and returned the auto back up shipment and I had to pay the postage for the return and then they would not refund me for the total cost I paid! They are the worst company ever

Stay away from Melaleuca the Wellness Company their products are overpriced and their customer service will lie to you at every turn. If you end up with a backup order they treat you like a 2nd class citizen trying to justify why your backup order is ok to be delayed up to 12 days even though other orders ordered in the same day will be shipped immediately. This company is a waste of time and money there are many comparable products on the market for much less hassle of having to be obligated to order certain things you don't need every month.

All the products wherever they stated it is correct and true, on all of this 2 years I have no problem good customer service if you are not satisfied they refunded exchange your money no question asked.

They are constantly honoring any product replacements, always sending me products for free if I need a pump for my soap purchase, etc, replacing a broken mop, etc.
This company is simply amazing. The products are TOP NOTCH!
And if you can't fulfill the 35pv monthly, they allow UP TO FIVE people to be added to your account!
They have NEVER done any of my referred customer wrong (over 100) and they are very good at fixing any issues!

Everything is of quality! The cleaning products are AMAZING They smell clean, and not a disturbing chemical clean, they smell like fresh clean! Affordable quality all the time!

I've shopped online with this amazing company since 2006, and they just get better and better every year, the products are amazing and have kept me out of the doctors office. I can't go without my supplements that give me energy to keep up with my family and all that they need, and just put in place free shipping on orders over 44 points. They just keep enhancing lives by all the folks they touch!

I'm amazed at how fast they respond and correct a need. Their products are really well made. The price point is why I will continue to shop there for everyday household essentials And our supplements. Superb quality.

Ok product at a decent price. Pain in the butt to get out of membership and difficult for a small family to meet minimum requirements, impossible for a single person.

I had one trying to recruit me via LinkedIn. I have posted, "NO MLMs" in my headline. She completely lied saying this was her, "consultancy project on immunity and autoimmune issues in women". She obviously researched me and saw my posts about being an AI patient. I was never told the company
Name until she did her very pushy presentation. Not only did she try to recruit me, she lied again about a few of the facts in what these products do. I know because I'm not ignorant about medicine, and my boyfriend is a Doctor.

These people are predatory, and dangerous. She was telling me things that I knew to be medical B. S. I looked at their products and they aren't any better than what you can get at Walmart, Target, from Life Extension, Amazon, or luckyvitamin.com.

My overall review is: the cost for these products are overpriced, when trying to return my order, which I tried to return 20 minutes after I ordered my products I was unable to. I was not able todo my return because the returns deptartment was closed. So the next day my order already went out, even though I emailed Melaleuca that I wanted the order cancelled right away. Since the order had gone out, I ended up paying for 13$ of return, for the return label. I would never order again from this company for the following reasons: you cannot return late in the evening b/c they are closed, they do not cover the return cost and the products are overpriced for things you can get anywhere else.

For one bad ingredients, high Maltese corn syrup. Fructose. 2. You never get that free shipping. Go's toward next order, and next order, and so in. 3. Use your points to save money, and they make buy more because you just used your points on current order, so they stop you from checking out! And of course the make you jump through hoops to cancle membership.

Force you to buy about $70 a month of product whether you need it or not. Cancelled my 'membership' because of this and about 2 years later needed a few products that I really like, so ordered from the company. They auto renewed my membership without my knowledge and I ended up with one of their 'auto orders' for a bunch of stuff I won't use to the tune of $67.21 Terrible company policy - will never order products again and it's a shame because some of their products are really great.

My package was stolen off my porch and I called customer service and they apologized again and again! Their solution was to ship me another package at no cost great BUT they overnighted me a whole new order - like wow impressive!

Here we go another month and already trapped into odering stuff I still have plenty off to make up minimum order that I will have to pay over $10 in shipping. Oh wait. If I order another $15 worth of stuff bring my order to almost $100 I can get free shipping... Big freaking whoop!. Watched several hours to qualify for loyalty dollars and didn't get credited for $#*!!. I HATE THIS COMPANY!
