Had I not found the program, read the eBooks, read the blogs, listened to the countless hours of podcasts from Melanie, the immense support from the forum and Facebook members and staff, watched the Youtube videos, with most recently the video on dealing with narcissists at Christmas time which brought me back into myself after the narc did exactly what was identified in the video, and last, but no where least the modules, I hate to think what downward spiral I'd be living. I would strongly suggest anyone that think otherwise think twice before publicly stating it as I would not want someone like myself to not have the chance to heal because of being swayed away from maybe the only thing that they'll ever be exposed to that could save them.

I happened upon Melanie Tonia Evan's Narcistic Abuse Recovery Program on line when I was googling narcism after not knowing where to turn while leaving a relationship that just about destroyed me. I felt completely broken, confused and almost convinced that I was crazy by the person I was told loved me. The insanity of it all led me to feel that there was no hope. I have used Melanie Tonia Evan's program for three years now and it has changed my life. The support has been incredible and any time I have had questions, response time has been quick and timely. I truly recommend to any and all persons who are looking for guidance, support and the tools to recover fully and completely from Narcisist Abuse in any type of relationship. My life today is completely different from 3 years ago and my recovery began within days of starting her program and staying in contact with other survivors on line both on FB and through the website. Truly incredible stuff here and I am forever and more, grateful that she turned her own experience in to healing for us all.

Personally I would not change this for the world. Trust. This is sheer breakthrough and these are supertools. So so worth it. Highly recommended is an understatement.

The NARP gold programme is fantastic and Melanie certainly knows what she's talking about. However, i think she has made a huge mistake in giving her moderators a false sense of superiority over other people on the healing journey. There is a forum that comes with the NARP gold package and the people running this forum blend into a dangerous collective mindset. They all use the same patronising theraputic language and have taken their small ammount of power too far. Whoever brings up an issue with the programme is accused of being in a state of victimhood and is then disregarded and blocked from giving feedback or communicating within the forum. This is a kind of cult mentality and the moderators have been very quick to take this collective mindset on as their sole identity. They repeat Melanies words like parrots and have developed a pretty limited way of seeing the world. You do not feel you are speaking to a human when communicating with Melanies team, you feel you are speaking to an inauthentic clone. This is unfortuantely very common within groups and it is dissappointing to see it happen here without any correction from Melanie. The moderators have put themselves in a very lofty position of perfection and superiority. Anyone who is not 100% happy and in agreement is disregarded as 'unhealed' and 'stuck'. The rating i have given is based solely on the forum and Melanies team. The actual programme is great but be prepared if you want to get involved with the NARP community.

I have had very successful results with Melanie’s program. In fact, without it I would probably be dead. Anyone in the throws or aftermath of Narcissistic abuse knows that it is not your average type of abuse. The recovery from such abuse is not your average type of recovery. In nearly 7 years of trying different therapies and searching for proper help, Melanie Tonia Evans’ recovery program is the only one that nails it on the head. It’s pretty simple, if you have had enough and are ready to heal, the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program will bring you results and support. Changing yourself isn’t easy and NARP may not be the path for all, but it has enabled thousands to repair their damaged selves and become empowered humans. It is terribly inaccurate to call the program a SCAM.

If you buy Narp its because you are sick of not been able to get over an abusive relationship/s sometimes many years later. This was my case so I gave it a go. It worked and I'm still using the methods and guidelines and also avoiding toxic people. It is a way forward to the future and not the past. You are given the tools to recover then the rest is up to you, there is ongoing support in the program also. It's not always easy but its better than been haunted by your X and blaming the world for your problems. You are the only one responsible for your life no mater how unjust it can be. It can be an inconvenient truth. Its a great wake up call :)

Melanie Tonia Evans knows more than most people in the world about what is necessary to heal from narcissistic abuse. Many people think that there is a need to re-hash what the N does and says or does not do or say. This is erroneous thinking and those people who do the necessary healing work also realise that re-hashing old destructive stories about what happened to them, does not help the healing process. Those people who think that talking about the destructive words and actions of the N will help their healing process, are still stuck talking about it years later and often get involved with other toxic people. Those people who focus on their healing, go No Contact and who do not keep re-hashing abuse stories, can tell many glowing stories of not just surviving, but they are thriving. Melanie does know what she is talking about and those who have done her NARP programme, can attest to how good it is and the wonderful results they have achieved by doing it. I would totally recommend Mel's work to anyone who wants to heal from narcissistic abuse, because it really works and that says it all.

Melanie Tonia Evans program is the most on target program for emotional release of abuse available. Results are quick and lasting. This program saved my life and now I am in a better place than I've ever dreamed at 49 years old. Life went from not worth living to AMAZING! It was the biggest return on investment I've ever received. Such a small price to pay for the results I received. I'm updating the review I wrote 3 years ago. I have to say that NARP and Melanie's sage advice has been monumental in my own recovery and I know the same is true for many others who like me, needed and found in her an end to our suffering and pain.

I worked this program several years ago and to say that it is all about recovering from dating narcissists is to COMPLETELY miss the point of the program. So much so that I have to wonder if Sinead even bothered to listen to them. Yes it is all about identifying the damage within yourself and healing it... because, guess what?, waiting for anything or anyone outside yourself to make you whole is to set yourself up for a lifetime of being narcissist chum. If you are looking for someone to tell you how wonderfully empathetic you are and how this wonderful quality has put you in harms way, you noble thing you, then you are ordering the wrong thing. But if you are ready to get real about your own damage and to work to remove this and get on with your life... then this is the program for you. Nobody can save you. Only you can save yourself but this program gives you a valuable starting point.

UPdate: I see a review stating that Melanie believes in codependency... and She does. As in codependency is the ill, we as the victims of narcissistic abuse, bring to the table that makes it possible for them to abuse us and still have us sticking around.

Also the review states that Melanie doesn't want you to get stuck talking, talking, talking about the actual abuse. That's also correct... there is nothing to be gained from obsessing about what happened. The WHY of it all is the only thing to think about... and the WHY isn't about the other guy... the WHY is about WHY YOU stick around for it. Believe me, this is a hard thing to come to grips with about yourself. But it's the truth and the truth will set you free. Just because you have been this way in your past, doesn't mean you have to live that way for ever. Change is possible.
