Dear User,
This Devices Issue for Finger and Display Touch problem, i have complaint for Xiomi Service Center but he is Don't any respond and check Directly check and call me your device ready, but conform this devices Finger and Display Touch not working.
Hi,
Bought this phone for my son for his 21nd birthday this year.
Later, he bought another phone for himself as he needed the option to pay using the phone (NFC), but this phone doesn't support this option.
Later, this phone returned back to me.
Unfortunately, after the first three months of usage, the phone's USB charger interface was broken.
If you put it on charge, and the cable is moved just a millimeter, then it doesn't charge. Every night I had to fix up the phone and the charging cable, otherwise my phone is not charged at all in the morning. Pretty frustrating to start a morning with a dead phone.
But it's not the most frustrating.
I travel to multiple sites all across Sydney, and always used my phone to connect to my car via Android Auto, and to share the map.
Unfortunately, the connection is so unstable that in the middle of the way the phone suddenly disconnects!
And it's not the only trouble with the USB-C port.
Before I used my phone to put educational YouTube videos to listen on the way. Unfortunately, this time YTmusic had much bigger priority. YouTube music application was making the sound via the car's audio system, and phone calls as well. But as for YouTube - when I put it, the phone used its own speaker.
Only several times, when I tried to do it, it worked. Tried to connect via Bluetooth to the car, tried to reload the app, to reload the phone, to choose output as my car's audio system - it was just wasting of time.
Battery time is enough for about 4-5 hours, should be charged all the time, and as my USB-C interface doesn't hold the cable property, it came out that the phone didn't charge at all
Overall good and fast, but I had pretty frustrating and devastating experience with this phone, I really hated it so much!
Ma na mi note 10 lite leya intahe koi gateya or gande company he mi keee mara personal experience ha koi be is company ka mobile use na kra bht he gande company ha mobile update kro ya tu finger kam krna chor data haa ya pher panel filkering krna lag jaataa ha in sa axhe tu baki sari companies haa bht afsos hwa mi company pa 3 mobile use kia 3 he bad experience gyaa
Stay away from this company, they are terrible human beings and their phones are Barbie phones!
I purchased a Redmi note 10 pro. This phone gave me nothing but problems. From the very first day I bought it, it had a line running through the screen from top to bottom. The handsfree speaker and mic is useless and people can't hear me when I use it! Also, the speaker when attached to your ear annoyingly crackles. The apps it comes with don't work, like the universal remote! Furthermore, It's supposed to have a feature which allows you to record calls but it doesn't! The only decent feature is the camera, but unfortunately I need a phone not a camera. Everytime I tried to address these problems with customer support, I was asked to send a diagnostic test result run through the phone (feature available), I punctually did send it but with no avail, the issues where never addressed.
I'm never buying anything from Xiaiomi ever again. This company is a disgrace with no respect for their customers.
There comes a time when we must say goodbye to an old friend, in this case it's goodbye to my old windows phone. I kept it going for so long because of the live tiles, they are so 'cool', but apps like Whatsapp etc are not available for this type of phone, so it's thanks and goodbye. Where to now I wonder, with no card slot or headphone socket for non Bluetooth headphones iphones are not an option. Having had problems with certain Samsung products, I think that I will leave them alone as well. So it is time to scan the market and reviews for a replacement. As an ex professional photographer latterly in retail the camera on the phone would seldom be used. Although I used to tell my customers that the best camera is the one with you at the time. However the cameras that I would normally use would easily outperform even the best camera/phone.
One company for value for money and phone specifications looked very interesting, that company is Xiaomi. Looking at specification comparisons on Nanoreview certain Xiaomi phones out perform phones costing many times as much. I decided to purchase a Redmi Note 11. My first call was to the Carphone Warehouse, (Currys/PCworld), at that time they were selling the phone at £169, since then they have put the price back up to £199. On phoning them I was told that the phone salesman was busy, please try later. Which I did and was then told that he was still busy, I asked if the operator if the phone would be set up for me and was told that I would be charged for this service, this level of service from Currys comes as no surprise. My next call was to my sim provider iD Mobile, selling the phone for £199. I asked if they would price match with the Currys price they told me that they would not.
I then decided to go to the Xiaomi UK store and opted for the Redmi note 11 with free bathroom scales, (are they trying to tell us something?), which duly arrived on time. Shortly afterwards I saw that an Xiaomi phone with a much higher specification was available at about the same price, £169! I contacted Mi.com customer service who were very helpful indeed and they agreed to issue a refund and sent me the relevant address labels for posting. I fully expected quite rightly to have to pay for this service, however the post office told me that it has been already paid for…. Amazing. An invoice for the refund duly arrived a few days later after which I purchased the Redmi note 10 pro at an amazing £169, normalIy £269. I will submit a report about this phone at a later date. The Mi.com store is well worth a look and in particular the 'Flash sales'.
With regard to value and customer service I believe that a few British and European companies could learn from Xiaomi. DW
As promised a report on the Redmi 10 pro. I will not submit a review on this phone, this has already been done many times both good and bad. The best review that I have so far found is from Nanoreview where the specifications of any two phones selected are submitted side by side and you make the decisions. The Redmi 10 pro is now no longer shown on the Xiaomi store website, the last price being £149! Presumably it has now been replaced by the eleven series which comes in four different 'flavours' from £169 to £329, depending on the features required.
Just a few words now about the Redmi 10 pro, it has many features that you won't find on an iphone. An SD card slot that will take up to 512gb as well as the 128gb internal storage, a headphone socket for non Bluetooth headphones, a real FM radio that does not require the internet or data. It is also easily connected up to a windows device and files from that device can easily be drag and dropped onto the phone. A sub menu will be displayed select File transfer / Android auto. The display refresh rate in an incredible 120 Hz. It has a fingerprint scanner, two sim card slots, if you need it and slow motion recording at 960 fps. (1080p).
The main camera is 108 mega-pixel, I was a little bit sceptical about that, but it is certainly very high definition with a little bit of over sharpening. This can de easily remedied by using the pro setting and shooting in both raw, (DNG) and jpeg at the same time. A free download can be obtained for raw files from Google called Snapseed. It can also record video 1080p at 60fps.
Developer mode is also available by going to About phone in the settings and tapping MIUI version nine times You may like to make notes of any changes, you may have to put things back if it doesn't work.
MI xiomie ke log sir saman bech dete hai... uske bad koi services think tarike se nahi dete. Mene MI ka TV purchase kiya aur uska installation ke liye schedule book kiya. Xiaomi Customer Service is a DISGRACE. They are thieves. They are keeping my property (an electric scooter) and refuse to send it back to me. Dont buy from them.
I bought an electric scooter from them a year and a half ago (july 2020). It was faulty from the start and they refuse to change it, despite the fact I brought it to their attention within a month.
It broke down 4 times within 10 months, keeping in mind most of the time the country was in lockdown, so I used it not as much as I would in "free circulation" times (and that gives you an idea on the bad quality of product and of customer service).
Since beginning june 2021 I asked to send it back for repair for the fourth time, and asked for a replacement which was granted.
However they delayed in giving me the means to send them back the scooter, which was finally collected by them end of July 2021 (so basically 2 months delays).
I kept calling them to know when they would collect and send a replacement as I was due to move out of the country end of July due to family reasons, which I communicated to them every single time)
After countless hour-long calls, the manager Valerie agreed in conjunction with Xiaomi French customer service to send back the replacement to my new adress in Paris, France. She said it on the phone, and didn't acknowledged my emails where I recapped our phone conversation.
Since then, the replacement is ready, but they are stubornely telling me they can send the replacement to me, but only at a UK address, despite me having told them I would move out, and that I don't have family nor friends left in UK.
So to this day, they have my property, refuse to send it back to me, so basically they sold something to me and are keeping it. That is the definition of a con or a theft.
Don't buy from them!
My humble request
Don't purchase mi any products please don't purchase please pleaseplease don't purchase please don't purchase
My humble request please
The Chinese have rubbed iPhones' noses in it. Not with a flagship, but with a budget one! The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's record-breaking 48MP camera is unlike anything the iPhones have ever seen, and an amazing $180 glass body, lots of pics.
The brush has a modern and minimalist design, which is not only nice, but also handy. Due to the high circumference, it does a good job with water, the teeth squeak afterwards, it cleans very well, it is not my first brush, I can also compare it with other brushes.
The noise is the same as all the brushes, if the doors to the bathroom shut, the sound does not bother my friend.
I charge very infrequently, sometimes once a month.
Good products and low costs make this brand very popular. I wish there were more of them. Good luck to you
Good quality for a reasonable price. Most of my gadgets are Xiaomi now and you can even connect them making a smart house!
I like their phones. Cheep, with good performance, great camera and stylish design. I bought Mi 11 after my mi a1 and instantly feel the difference.
My Redmi note 9 pro was sent for the 3rd time for repair in last 6 months. I was promised a replacement in 10 days it's been well over a month nothing, no email, no sms update nothing. I've called 30 times and the staff are as useless as they come. The management never come on the phone and get literally no top level support. Now I filled for refund, it was authorised and I was told it will come in 24 hours this was 5 days ago nothing yet in my PayPal, they make false promises you get nothing, now they got my phone and my money. Worst experience ever so do not look for warranty service with this company they do not help at all. Never again. If I could give less then 1 star I would.
Pathetic service

No response from the company and service staff for the status of mobile given for repair 15 days before. Staff told me to take your mobile back one I expressed my disappointed in their services. None attend the phone calls none reply for mails. Now I'm confused in which condition they would return it to me
Anyway I have no other option than taking my mobile back and get it repaired from any local shops around even if it has warranty and bought only 2 months before.
This is the best customer service can be provided to a customer who has unstable financial condition due to pandemic.
I don't usually have Android phones, but these are exceptional and affordable. Xiaomi uses top shelf parts and their phones are well made with close attention paid to detail. Right now you can get a Xiaomi flagship phone that will meet or exceed big name flagship phones for HALF the price. You often get a faster processor and larger battery than comparable phones as well. The only issue I have with Xiaomi phones is the camera software. The cameras themselves are top shelf, but the software doesn't produce the best pictures. Switching to other software like Google Camera helps immensely. Batteries usually last two days with moderate use and the displays are excellent at 400+ PPI. Many of their phones have Amoled displays at an LCD price. Poco is also made by Xiaomi. Their OS is a heavily modified Android called Miui. It is fully customisable to the point where you can make your phone display look like a Windows phone or an iPhone, right down to the menus and icons. Miui is also much more secure than Android and always has been. If you want a top shelf phone without paying top shelf prices, get a Xiaomi phone. Just make sure you are buying the Global version and not the Chinese version. You can check this and the authenticity of the phone on mi.com. Just enter the IMEI or serial number on the authentication page. You will also be happy to know if you buy a Xiaomi phone directly from their UK website, you get a 2 year warranty. That's twice as long as any other phone.
Answer: I have been using this smart phone for almost 3yrs isn't that a successful story.
Answer: I have no idea coz I haven't tried. I have no issue with the product that's why I haven't called their customer service.
Answer: Legit company. It's a China Smart phone company. It's cheaper than iPhone but the quality is very good.
