I requested two phones to be unlocked in July 2024. The process has been pending for almost a year now. I attempted to make contact multiple times to cancel and refund my orders but was constantly met with excuse about why it is taking so long. Almost a year later, both orders are said to be at 99%. They are offering a 'Credit Note' and refusing to provide me with a refund. The credit note will not be useful to me because I will NEVER be using this service again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is what I originally wrote one year ago: "I will never ever recommend anyone to MobileUnlocks. They are scammers. First they charge you $15 dollars, without mentioning that it is only a first stage, and later they charge again $50 more, and later they ask you to pay $300 more for their "premium" service, what's the point of asking for a verification payment of $15 if at the end they will ask for $300 more?. They stole my hard earned money through dubious means and denied any refund. Thieves! " They even tried to blackmail me saying that I had to change the review to 5 stars in order to get my money back (picture attached). So please stay away from this scamming company!
