I've ordered various Japanese goodies from modeS4u over the past year because they have a great selection. Shipping is affordable, but can sometimes take a while since everything is being shipped from Hongkong. I never had to contact the customer service, so I can't say anything about that.
Four stars (instead of 5) because there doesn't seem to be a mobile version of the site, so navigating it on my smartphone doesn't really work. For the past three years people have been spending more time online on their phones than on computers, so online shops should catch up and provide their customers with a decent mobile experience.
They have reasonable prices for squishies and they also sell fabrics and Kawaii things and you will normally see that squishies are way more expensive on other websites and on this website it's way more cheaper for like rare squishies
Lovely products, quick shipping. It's really nice that we can buy lovely items online from one shop. You really don't have to take a look at other shops because they have huge selection of products :)
I bought some miniature boxes and squishies from modes4u and they are soooo cute!
The staff was also really nice and replied to me almost right away when I asked them some explanations on how the blind boxes work - you need to order a full set if you want to receive all items only once. Very nice experience overall, will use this company again.

J'ai commandé des crayons à papier, des petites gommes - j'ai choisi celles qui ressemblent à des T-shirts et des maillots de sport pour mon neveu et celles en forme de desserts pour ma nièce. Leurs petits carnets et blocs-notes sont vraiment mignons. Avec de belles couleurs. Et de beaux motifs. Et un design unique. Vous ne les trouverez pas dans les sac à dos des autres enfants, je peux vous le dire! J'ai reçu les marchandises très rapidement après 2 semaines. Je savais à l'avance que àa prendrait ce délai car je l'avais vu sur leur site internet qui est très bien fait et explique tout. Les marchandises ont été soigneusement emballées et j'ai aussi reçu un petit ruban adhésif déco en cadeau pour me remercier de ma commande! C'est sympa. Je recommande vraiment cette boutique en ligne à toutes celles qui aiment les produits kawaii comme moi. Modes4u est très professionnel et fiable. Des questions? Ils vous répondent rapidement par email et même mieux, j'ai vu que vous pouvez discuter avec un membre du personnel en ligne par chat! N'est-ce pas génial?! J'adore ce magasin et je vais y retrouner de suite pour acheter des tissus cette fois-ci. J'ai envie de décorerla maison pour la fête d'anniversaire de ma petite fille chérie...
I have ordered from Modes4u for 8 months now. I have made 11 orders total. I live in the US and have never had any problems with shipping. It has never been hard to find what I am looking for. Every time I email any type of question, they always reply within 48 hours.

I have been ordering fabrics from this shop for many years now. They always have the latest Japanese fabrics. Love them!
They have amazing communication which is something quite rare. Prices are ok, shipping is free after 68$usd which is nice. I don't really like how they pack their packages with tight paper mailers and stuffed tight with the squishies. Packaging gets crushed and squishies sometimes get defects after being squeezed and stretched in the tight space. Overall okay, I get the right items everytime.
I did order a few fabrics for my sewing project. With so much beautiful fabrics to choose from, I have been quite happy about the fast delivery and great follow up about my tracing inquiries with modes4u. I would buy from them again for sure!
I ordered plush dolls for my niece and one was received slightly damaged due to bad transportation caused by the postal service. Upon arrival I contacted them if I could replace this item. They simply offered me a free replacement which i did not expect. Therefore i am quite happy with their service and will recommend them! Great customer support!

I ordered squishy item about a month ago, when I canceled it they promised would be refund to my account. However, they've never returned my money back and even no respond although I emailed to them so many times. Please be aware, i never come back through this web. They are suck!

I have ordered various products from modes4u a few months back and the package didn't arrive to my address, only later to find out from the company that it was sent back to their warehouse. The problem came when I no longer want the products and asked for a refund that no one hasn't contacted me since. Even after sending several emails, no one replied back. It would be appreciated if they contact me (or any other customer) to state for whatever reason why my request has been ignored. It does make me feel as though my money was stolen from me.

Great products at great prices but customer service is poor in my opinion. Staff take a long time to reply to emails and no apology for mistakes or delays. Need to improve communication and be more customer focused.
Hello, we at Modes4u.com take great pride in our customer service. Usually all emails will be replied within 24-48 hrs. Sometimes it takes a bit longer due to public holidays or weekends. Though we inform our customer sin advance of these events. We also do apologize for mistakes, if such occur and if we are responsible for them of course. Modes4u has a great selection of cute items from Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. The prices are great, the shipping is cheap and reliable, and the items are packaged nicely. I ordered 4 mini plushies, they came in less than 2 weeks. They were wrapped in a cute plastic bag inside the packaging, and they gave me a free roll of cute tape! I recommend modes4u highly!
