We were able to move house in 1 trip using this service and hiring a 13x6 trailer. The self service options to book in and out the trailer made it even easier

Hi and good morning, all in all my experience with your company was a not to stressful process, however when you book online you fill out all your information then you get to the pick up site you scan your licence then you have to fill it all out again what is the scanner for just looks important but does nothing? Thanks and regards Dave

Waiting in service station for about 40mins as the computer was out of service and when tried to call the number I was hung up on.

Was simple to arrange and pay for. Parking area for trsilvers was a bit to be admired. One person parked theirs back over the line and left about 10mm between other trailers to work with

Double horse float had a damaged lock pin and tailgate spring, otherwise a good trailer for the price. On return of the trailer I was left a narrow gap to reverse into and had to unlock four other trailers to extend chain to lock the float up. There is no assistance at servo when hitching and unhitching. Brilliant and very helpful customer service from hire company, shame servo pass the buck of responsibility.

Easy service and a fair price, however the trailer was clapped out. The hitch was completely worn out, the wheel bearings had tons of play and the brakes didn't work.

Hired furniture trailer. It was big and spacious and perfect for our move. Good time have minimal interaction with service reps. And there were plenty of locations to choose from (Melbourne)Would hire again.

Super easy to hire and use. It was affordable and there were no hassles during the hiring. We got back a little bit late and it didn't just automatically charge us for being 15 minutes late. The ramp was also very helpful for getting heavy items on and off

Trailer booked wouldn't connect to standard towball. Changed trailer first socket only one indicator worked (socket was frayed), second socket didn't work, third socket ok. Contacted move, CS was good and changed to different trailer at no cost hence two stars not one. Audit needed on trailers at Caltex Sunbury very dangerous if customers are given broken sockets and forget to check all their lights.

All pretty easy. Just a few hold ups at the 7 eleven with them helping other customers. Overall the experience to hire a trailer is pretty simple
