I was hesitant to purchase from this site at first as I saw some bad reviews on Facebook. Great thing I tried still. The software worked fine with my computer and I was able to purchase it at a way low price. Highly recommended website to purchase your MS software
Got issues activating Office 2010. I learned that they needed to contact Microsoft to activate the key through phone. Got the product activated completely and their support team did it for me. Thank you.
Bought Mac Office this morning, contacted to ask where the link is? Told...
"We are having issues getting codes for it as of the moment. We do not want you waiting for too long that is why we will be processing a refund for you."
How likely is this refund? Not impressed.
Will follow up with consumer affairs if I don't see refund in 48 hrs!
I trust the website for legit working software. We bought several software already from this website and they never let us down. We have more business this year.
We decided to purchase Windows 10 from this site. Despite this site claiming to offer PayPal payment, we weren't able to choose this option and an agent claimed the system was "down".
We waited for two days before contacting customer service via chat when we did not receive our download and activation key after our payment was cleared, and we were informed they were out of stock. When we pressed on they sent us a program we didn't purchase and blocked us from the chat. After changing our IP we got in touch with another agent who again informed us they were out of stock and that they will be restocking within 24 hours (guaranteed), and we agreed that they will send us a copy once they do.
Fast forward to today, where we got in touch with the same agent asking if they had restocked, which we were told they did not. All while the stock status is displaying as "In stock" and customers are able to purchase the product. A few hours later we tried again as a "new" customer and we were told they were indeed in stock, so we gave them our order number and demanded they fulfil our order which they reluctantly eventually did.
Product key turned out to be fake. Do not do business with this site.
Took my money and delivered nothing. After 24 hours, I tried contacting them. Phone has been disconnected. No response to email. Person on Chat told me the order had been cancelled, even though i never cancelled it. Promised me a refund within 72 hours. Never arrived. Contacted them multiple ties over 2 weeks, each time promised refund with 48 hours. Never arrived. They stole my money and they will steal yours too.
I thought this is a scam, but I found out later it's not.
They had me purchased my Windows 7 when I saw their very low priced MS products! It was really wonderful that I got it so fast coz I have a paper to submit tomorrow! You guys are so cool! Awesome Job!
I never had any trouble installing the software because their team has always guided me on the installation process.
The delay of the delivery is enough to boil my nerves... then there's the techsupport who knows nothing but to ask pardon.
