Does anyone get their picture from My Picture? Ordered nine days ago and still not getting any tracking information from either My Picture or Royal Mail. Told by their customer service that it was sent seven days ago, but RM are still waiting for it.

Possibly the worst customer service I've come across. Firstly the order took 2 weeks to be delivered when it said 4-6 days delivery, they had the nerve to charge £6 for delivery and not even delivery anywhere near the timescales. Secondly the photos turned up damaged, as they were a gift and due to urgency I had to get more printed elsewhere and now these guys are refusing a refund. They clearly need to read the consumer act in detail. Service is always important in a company and the customer service from this one is very bad. Update, since posting this they have replied to this review to show readers they have acknowledged it but they have completely ignored my request and continued to be very bad service.

Ordered 2 canvases on here before for christmas and they came fine, decent quality at a cheap price. Went to order a photobook, spent hours designing the whole thing only to find it wouldn't let me save what I had done no matter what I tried. Attempted 3 times to contact them on the chat feature on the website but every time was told there are 'no agents available'. Emailed them but received no reply. When I went back on the website it had unfortunately reloaded and I lost all of my work. 64 images and text on every page. Would only recommend for the canvas prints and only if you are putting one simple image on them, otherwise website is bad and customer service is nonexistent.

I ordered some Mothers Day gifts which have still not arrived. They refuse to accept any liability and won't issue a refund. Their excuses are becoming increasingly ridiculous. Horrible company to deal with.
I ordered some I got or tiles nearly a month ago now, still not received them, tracking said I would receive this week but now it's changed to package has passed customs. If I had known it was coming from overseas I would not have purchased. I have tried to contact with no reply yet.

Placed my order on 27/Jan/2021. Managed to track the package from Cologne to East Midlands Airport where it dissappeared into the ether. This is a German based company so chances of refunds are very very low. They work to German law. They dont advertise the German connection. They offered to send another copy of my picture but this has been stuck in Cologne with UPS for ages again. You cant communicated with UPS and its a close thing as to who has the worst Customer Service. All My-Picture will offer is a 30% discount of my next picture. As if I'm likely to buy anything else from this bunch. Not a chance, and I sincerely recommend that you consider looking elsewhere for an alternative supplier. I will now be starting a Chargeback process with my card company for a full refund. Avoid this lot like the plague...

Terrible service. Do not use! I have been waiting for over 2 months now (ordered mid December 2020) for my purchase to be delivered before Xmas. I've now had 3 failed attempts to deliver and each time the delivery has gotten stuck with their delivery provider and never made it to my address. I have asked repeatedly for a refund as this has been going on so long (email exchange with this company is up to 35 emails now) but keep being fobbed off that it is still coming with no actual real update on anything. If it can't be delivered, they should at least own the issue and refund me. Would never use again.

I placed an order and realised a typing error had occurred so I instantly got in the touch to be told they could not do anything to help me, even though the order had not even processed yet. I feel like this is a scam and must happen all the time, where many customers end up in the same situation as this.
Not only that but the customer service and communication is absolutely appalling, there is no one to speak to be phone and very difficult to get in touch with, being the only method is to send an email to enquiries. When they got back in touch with me they informed they could do nothing to change or cancel the order and provided no help for me at all to resolve this issue.
So i have now ended up paying for a product with the incorrect information which is totally useless.
Advice for anyone looking to find a nice personalised gift for your loved one, do not use this website, or if you do be 100% sure there are no possible errors because once you click that is it and they wont let you change anything even if you contact them instantly.
Ordered "PREMIUM" cushion for my partner, only to be left in complete shock and disarray to receive a product, that I could have easily bought in Wilkinson on Wembley High Road.
When I contacted customer service, they sent me a HEAVE of paragraphs, detailing the process of their "QUALITY", "EDITING", "PREVIEW", "SHARPNESS" to offer me a choice between a free reprint (for example, with a different edge type or picture data) or a 50%-voucher* for your next purchase.

Recieved my picture from germany today advertised there business from uk delivery sucks. The picture i have recieved is not central coming from a professional company you would of thought the picture would be wrapped around the frame just needed little tweak not even central, but NO! WAS LEFT AND PRINTED AND SENT ANYWAY? Wheres your customer care, all my pictures on canvas ive had done eles where have been done correctly.
This was so very important to me, i feel you had no care to get my picture centralised on the frame or streched around it and could of blown it up instead of having 2 black lines down the sides not central. I Dont know why you even bother. So upset ive paid quite a bit for this you had no care and attention to detail my photo i waited weeks could of done better up the road
Their website promotes that Canvas Orders will be done and ready to ship within 24 hours. I ordered on the 13/1/21 and am still waiting to date - 21/1/21. I have sent numerous unanswered emails, they had initially sent one back on 18/1/21:

Due to an extraordinarily high order volume, we have a slight production delay of a few days.We kindly ask you for your patience until we hand over your package to the courier and send you a shipping notification.The backlog shall be processed as quickly as possible, so that we can comply with our fast production times as usual. Shortly before dispatch you will automatically receive a package number for shipment tracking via e-mail.
They have still not sent the item, they have not updated their website with delays, they haven't responded any further. I received a notice that my item was ready that day - 18/1/21, however still hasnt been sent. I went specifically with this company due to their promoted time frames - however they are fraudulant, and misleading. The communication is appaling. They also misrepresent which country they are from depending on where you are based (They promote a local AU company here) - they most certainly arent.
GO ELSEWHERE is my advice.
I ordered a framed starchart on 13/12/20 as an Anniversary present. On 21/12/20 the starchart was delivered unframed. I contacted customer services immediately and explained it was an anniversary present for the middle of January. They contacted me and said they were sorry and would remake the order. It then took until 7th January (17 DAYS) before they remade the order. It was shipped and sent UPS. I was told it would be delivered this week. Tonight I checked and it was still showing it is with UPS. I rang them and they said it was still in Germany and to contact MyPicture.co.uk! So faulty order, delay in putting right the error, slow shipping and then item not delivered in time for the Anniversary. Waste of money, extremely poor customer service and lousy delivery excuses by UPS. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone if you want your goods to be right or delivered on time.
I ordered in October, I still have no pictures and so no xmas presents. I am trying to get a refund through paypal. Under German law they will not refund. I would advise against using this company, the whole thing is an ongoig nightmare.

I purchased Christmas gifts that never arrived and they refuse to refund me my money. The customer service does not exist, they delay responses by saying there was an error in your email or error in your address which is not true. They are not based in the UK and are based in Germany. Do not order from this company and avoid it at all costs.
I am very disappointed 2 of my pictures on canvas were printed with the heads half missing the excuse I got was that i didn't do it properly what company doesn't check their pictures first just prints without checking first
I will never use again and will tell my friends as well not to use.

Awful company and totally lacking in customer service skills.
Picture not delivered 10 days after it was supposed to have been despatched although they state delivery within 3-5 working days. Said I had to wait another 4 days when it will either be delivered or returned to them. Refuse to refund. Ordered as a present for a birthday last week so, if it ever does arrive it will be well after the birthday.
Advertise as a UK company with a UK website but they are a German company.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Answer: Standard. They mislead with false time frames on the wesbite, and dont show its actually all Germany based
