I have ordered for a cake, my order I'd *******. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd August, have ordered it on ocassion if raksha bandhan. My order is yet to be delivered and they are not responding to calls or any messages. Do u guys cheater or fraud? U know how to take money, what after that? Do u want me to move ahead with this, then I will go extreme
I don't think this website is real. They are fake. Their support calling number is fake as they don't respond. They don't respond to your email. There is no way of contacting them for the delay of your order. The order never gets delivered.
I booked my rakhi for my brother in Gurgaon. This flower tree people could not deliver my hamper to its destination till now. They never respond you over the given phone number. Bakwas. Ye nalayak log refund bhi nahi karte. Inko to consumer court le jana chahiye.
Its completely a fale site, they are going to deliver anything. I ordered same day deliveryon Raksha Bandhan 3rd Aug 2022 to gift my sister but till 4th Aug 2020 it is not delivered and for both day it is showing delivery was attempted and reschedule for next day. Neither customer care responded for the call nor replied over mail, nor over chat, not only my money got wasted but my emotions also. Never ever suggest any one to do any transaction.

It's completely a fraud one. Never never opt this app and face the worst disappointment like me. They don't deliver our products atall and if atall they deliver... Its just filled with $#*! in that product! Really the worst ever app I've experienced with!
THERE IS NO ONE AT CUSTOMER CARE. PHONE CALL ONLY RINGING. NO BODY ATTENDS. YOU CANNOT WRITE ANYWHERE. IN TRACKING ITS SHOWS ORDER DELIVERED. BUT ACTUALLY NOT DELIVERED. THEY ARE FOOLING AROUND WITH PUBLIC MONEY. MY ORDER NO*******. RECEIVING END IS DISAPPOINTED AS THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE CAKE.
No news of my order ******* till now... delivery late by two days... NO RESPONSE ON COMPLAINT... their customer care phone gets disconnected automatically... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE... not bothered about customers... PLEASE DO NOT PATRONISE THEM...

Worts service ever, they are fraud, I placed an order on 2nd August and that time I was told the order will get delivered before 9 pm on same day but the order is not delivered yet, I'm trying to contact them since last 2 days but no one is answering my call, if you can't deliver it then please refund my money. Pathetic service I'll never use your services again and I won't recommend about your services, cheaters. Just refund my money right now or else I'll file a complaint in consumer court.
I had ordered products worth Rs 1150 for same day delivery. Nothing got delivered. Fake update of delivery attempt sent to me over email. No attempt(or even a call) was made. There is no way a customer can call them. This options isn't available. You may only request a call back which I didn't get despite multiple requests. They have a chat option as well but no matter how many pings you make, no one responds. So it's basically a total scam where customer is taken for a ride once the payment is made. Please don't buy on this website.
Its my mistake that I didn't check the review about this website and I was in a hurry to send cake and flowers on an occasion of birthday. But they are non professional non reliable coz the delivery is still pending and its so embarrassing. There is no ‘Contact Us' and the chat option is ridiculous and they don't reply. They are the worst. PLS DO NOT ORDER from them.
It was a for a special occasion. No response on delay of delivery. No option for cancellations and refund. Pathetic.

They are sending sms that order is delivered but it is not delivered... i am so disappointed. What is this nonsense.
I had ordered Sweets & flower bouquets for my sisters to delivered on Raksha Bandhan day, as it was not possible' for me to reach to them.
My Flower tree delivered it, 3 days in advance and spoiled all my surprises,

If you're thinking about ordering think twice before choosing"My Flower Tree". I ordered for her wherein flower tree decided to deliver it in a color of their choice with a border on sideway like bihari engagement cake & the cake which was supposed to be delivered with a card, they thought of printing the Message on A4 paper with I guess Font size 23 and the embarrassment which I had to face was an entirely different story altogether. Calling their helpline or raising it on chat will not help at all. No idea about the taste as she literally threw it out bcz a cheaper black forest was looking better in front of the garbage they delivered.
Pathatic service by you guys. We have somthing else and you have deliver cheaper one and charged for higher one nice bussiness concept.
I will suggest to the ppl do not order from this site ever.
