I am so thankful for all the assistance and positive people working with the Naca program. I'm on my way to being a first time home owner!

Naca is an excellent option for home buying. The program provides counseling guidance and resources to a wide range of homes helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

Working with NACA service provider is a great experience for my family. I am looking forward to complete the steps and see the end results.

I am currently here at the NACA event in Richmond, VA and Ms. Ellen Petersen has been so helpful. So far, she has gone through my files, asked clarifying questions and helped me to gather important information to clear up discrepancies on the spot. My experience has been very pleasant and not as anxiety provoking as I thought it would be. I cannot wait to get to the place where I am finally in my own space, thank you Ellen for being so kind and working with me.

11/18/23 I completed the NACA workshop today. I learned so much from staff and volunteers. Everyone was helpful joyful and extremely patient. I am super excited to work with everyone. Antonio my loan counselor was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining my action plan.

I am learning a ton at the event in Richmond, VA. My Mortage Counselor, Ellen Petersen has been amazing throughout the whole process!

I am currently completing my documentation and savings plan to hopefully become officially NACA qualified and move towards the next step in our home buying process. The counselors have been so kind and informative through this whole process, I cant wait to see whats in store.

I'm currently going through the NACA process to purchase my first home. I've always heard that NACA takes too long, and they ask for too many things. But these are the very same things that you'd need to be doing any way to purchase a home, but that you have a dedicated counselor assigned to you to keep you accountable. Purchasing a home through this program has no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees, and they don't look at credit scores.

Although it is a long and arduous process riddled with paperwork, it is well worth it. One of the hardest processes is preparing for payment shock but with discipline and financial management the benefit significantly outweighs the work needed.

Naca is a great organization for those who are not able to find traditional lenders due to high credit scores needed or income being an issue.

I am excited to start my NACA journey. After attending the workshop, getting my ID and starting the process, I can honestly say that i feel real good about the program. The NACA program has a lot of great information. The team takes pride in making sure that you have all the information to go through the process. If you are considering purchasing a home, please look at what NACA has to offer. It will change your life.

I'm a first time homeowner and have been going through the process with Naca. My counselor Ellen Petersen has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable, patient and she is quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have. My process with Naca has been great so far. As long as you are prepared and have your paperwork in order, you should be able to move through the process pretty quickly

I have been in the NACA program for over two years. It takes a lot of patience, but I can say that the profs far outweigh the cons. In this economy and interest rate, housing is at all time high unaffordable level. NACA makes it slightly easier to afford a house by giving less than market average interest rate, no down payment, no closing costs, no PMI and one can also buy down the percentage rate. I've shopped around and I can say there's nothing that compares to NACA, which is why I'm still sticking it out years later. My housing counselor is amazing and makes the process easier. When I put in an offer on houses on weekends, she always gets me everything I need to do so in a timely manner. It takes a lot of patience and cooperation, but I have recommended NACA to several people because the benefits outweigh the cons.
