Absolutely horrific customer experience. Can't decide if they just don't care or if it's a scam. I've had my initial order 11/25 and ended up only receiving one of my items until the middle of December and then my other item didn't arrive until January. They don't do refunds, only credit towards their merchandise to use online, so when my item didn't fit I opted for exchanging it for a larger size. I returned the item and they received it January 8th. No word on getting me the exchange finalized and no word on shipping.
Absolutely disappointed and sad I was sucked in by their Black Friday sale and will never work with them again.
Tried to complain on Instagram and they blocked me (real mature)

Will be working with my bank soon to try and get my money for that 1 item back

I have contacted your company for the last 4 weeks. I originally ordered on 11/18 and waited a month for my order to arrive. I actually even told the company just to cancel it since it took that long. Well they insisted to ship. I received only 1 pairs of the 2 I ordered. I ended up returning the set I received and STILL have not received a email back. The package has been received as well according to my tracking. Super mad and I will be writing a review until I receive my full refund.

I'm really ticked off. I've contacted DHL twice now. Clearly this is a fraud I'll make sure to let people know about this. I will make sure to mention something to anyone who thinks of buying from namastetics. I've seen other reviews on fb and Instagram about them doing this. I'm disappointed that I gave them the benefit of the doubt! I have emailed namastetics, I phoned DHL and emailed them. I've waited since November 2017! For my order of green fusion leggings. I paid over 50.00 for them and they were supposedly delivered to my house on the 5th of January 2018. Well they're not here and it's January 19 2018! Do not order from them. Namastetics takes no responsibility for this either, they put it all on you!

I have written 6 emails; asking for information on my order status, seeking info about returning a product because it didn't even arrive within the 30 day return window, only received 1 out of 3 of my items, got hit with an email saying 2 items were damaged so to expect another 20 DAYS in processing - all the while not receiving any responses to my initial emails. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the entire transaction. So deeply unfortunate that a YOGA company is in reality shady as HECK. Don't order from them - I promise you'll regret it! Also, as someone else stated - it's sketchy beyond a doubt that all the positive reviews on this site were written the SAME DAY - hey Namastetics, why not take some of the energy you used to build your janky website & create fake profiles to review yourself - and respond to the serious claims against your company! :D

I ordered November 30th, trusting them because the ad was on instagram and photos looked professional. I wont make this mistake again. Company never confirmed my purchase. I read more reviews and some said they steal images from other business and edit the colors of the leggings to not be sued. They apparently ship products from China and it could either never arrive or take 6+ months. Im disputing it with PayPal. What a hassle but Im staying on it! They had 7 Days to send a tracking number so they sent me a fake number in my email. USPS didnt recognize it. I reported that too. EBay said they will refund me as long as there is no legit tracking number. I told them I dont want it because they lied on their website about shipping time frames and PayPal said if I receive it I can send it back with a valid tracking number so long as the package is unopened and they will refund me. Hoping PayPal drops them and they are exposed. If shipped I will return it out of principle and will do anything I can to warn people about fake companies ripping people off. Good luck!

I received two pairs of the same yoga pants that I did not order but I had been looking on their site. Then I see my credit card was charged on two separate days for the pants and it was charged different prices for the same pants and same size. I contacted the company to find out what was happening and they responding by saying my order was on the way. I asked them to cancel it which they did not do. I am now not getting any response about returning the items. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and filing a police complaint as well. This company is a Scam and

Ordered my pants WEEKS ago and still have not heard anything back. I had a bad feeling about this place since they do not have a phone number listed to contact. After looking at their Facebook I am even more concerned. Lots of people are saying the same thing. Money taken but no order received for weeks or months. As soon as you place your order they take your money. I find that odd since most places do not charge you until they ship. They have not returned any of my messages or emails. Their site says 4-8 business days and on Amazon it is promised by Christmas. Don't hold your breath. I think I am going to try to dispute the charges with my bank and avoid this company altogether. Waste of time and money.

For some odd reason, this company has been slacking lately it seems on their online orders. Many people from FB keep asking about where there order is, and it is seen on here too since November that no one has responded to their online order, which is unfortunate. They look like they had cute items. Please respond to your customers as they are the base for your business. Will not change review until you start sending out your items... you will have a ton of disputes going through as well if you don't.
