Beautiful gemstone beads in all sizes/colors, cabochons and findings, with an incredible variety to choose from at great prices. I know it sounds too good to be true but I seriously can't say anything bad about my order. If I had to it might be that some of the pictures don't exactly match the item but that can be said of any online retailer. The shipping is a little pricey but when i did the math is averaged about 40 cents an item which really isn't that bad, especially all the way from china. My order came in 14 days with every item I ordered in the correct amounts and when I missed out on a coupon, customer applied it anyway. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first just because of the look of the website and the fee bad reviews I saw where some people didn't receive their order but I have to admit I was wrong. This was my 1st order but i already have 2 more orders with Nbeads as they will definitely be my go to shop for my jewelry making supplies from now on. If you make crafts of any kind you should definitely try them out.

This was my first purchase, I read reviews and decided to take the chance. Am I ever glad that I did. I was shocked how quickly the package arrived, from Hong Kong to Canada in 3 days then 2 days to clear customs and duty. All 90 items I ordered met and exceded my expectations, the colours beautiful, the variety amazing, the quality perfect! Most items are multiples so when I calculated my cost, added the shipping (almost the cost of my beads) and duty (about the same as shipping) some items are quite large, each item calculated to be $. 19 CDN per item you could never, ever do that well anywhere else.

They are also giving you update on everything until handed over to the courier and this i would say is a very important feature that all international suppliers should have. In general they are doing a tremendous job.

I ordered from them. They strung me along with lots of emails. Said they would refund my money. They have me store credit. So I ordered from them again with skepticism. Of course my order costs more than the first order. I received an email stating they received my order and payment. Now it's 11 days with no confirmation on shipment or tracking, just ziltch. My advice don't order from them
