Harshala Moghe is an asset to any company. She was informed and knowledgable on the products as well as creative in her design. She took my requirements and configured a solution that will work perfectly for me. I hope her leadership team is carefully monitoring her stellar performance and keeping her in mind for future leadership opportunities. These types of employees do not come around very often and I hope New Age takes full advantage of her skillset.

I would give this company a zero in quality control if I could. I waited three months for my products and 3 of the 10 items were damaged. Be mindful that I paid almost $4000, plus $1600 for installation. The boxes which the items were packed in were not damaged, which clearly means the items were damaged before they were shipped, yet they sent these anyway! They also had the nerve to ask me if I would accept replacement doors for the lockers and change them out myself, at my cost! I am now being told that it will be another 2 plus months to get replacements, and I will have to wait, or do whatever is best for me. How dare them! I want a refund on the items, plus my installation cost, until the replacement items are received. It is ridiculous to expect me to pay almost 6 months in advance and not have a product I can use. I would never recommend this company!

I haven't received the product yet, but I wanted to say a few words about my experience with Sales Rep Aziz S. I had a few questions on a couple of systems and I decided to use the online chat service. Aziz S was my Sales Rep. We worked through a series of questions and he was very helpful provding all the info I needed to come to a purchase decision. He generated a quote with all the product we discussed. I received an email with the quote within minutes and I was able to complete the transaction to my satisfaction. I'll write a follow up review about the product and delivery service once I receive. So far so good with NewAge.

I was very impressed with the New Age Products bar cabinet consultation approach. Having both an in store resource displaying physical cabinets and online consultant was excellent. Both consultants were very knowledgeable about the products. The ability to quickly modify 3D images was also very impressive.

I plan to purchase a cabinet for my basement in the very near future.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Muddassir Ansari this morning; the guy couldn't have been more knowledgable about the products and helpful with the process of ordering a large, steel wall unit for garage.
Every question answered, super polite & lovely personality on phone.
A refreshing change from the current customer service experience you get out there today.

I had the pleasure of working with Asmaa, who was simply outstanding. Responses to emails/call were very prompt, and she was very knowledgeable/patient with all my questions and a few changes. It's a leap of faith to order cabinets online without seeing them. My experience with Asmaa helped me feel confident in NewAge products and customer service. I haven't received my cabinets yet, will try to write more when I receive them.

Very informative, great design support and recommendations. The live demo was very useful to help with product decisions. Overall a great, very user friendly and customer focused experience!

Geepson was a great help other the whole ordering process. There was a mix up on prices on the website and he got them fixed immediately.

UPDATE: - Ram flat out lied to me. My order had no chance of arriving in November and he simply lied in order to get me to order. I now waited one week for cabinets that were never coming. After tracking the order, it says it would arrive at the end of December. Extremely deceptive and I am very unhappy and will certainly never recommend this company to anyone. I have cancellled my order and can only hope I will get my money back without filing fraud charges.

I spoke with Ram who assisted with completing my order. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to take care of discounts and had the products I actually wanted. He also requested expedited shipping to have the items here prior to December and that I had the correct delivery that included placement in my house. I will update my review once my products arrive.

This company is really on point, they make sure they follow up with you plus they really want your business as they willing to make further discounts that aren't offer on their website. I am really satisfied with my purchase!

They responded right away and called me the gentlemen named Geepson lovo was very helpful in completing my order including saving me some extra $$. He stayed on the phone and made sure everything went through accordingly

I spent about an hour on the website trying to put together the exact pieces I wanted to make my new bar. I could not get the pieces I wanted to put together without buying unnecessary parts. So I called to put the exact bar together that I wanted and Geepsan was fantastic to work with!

Aziz Slatewala assisted me with an order for garage organization and storage. I'm working with a contractor who works with NewAge products, and Aziz made it very easy to add items to my cart, form a quote and email me the link to check out. Thank you Aziz!

I live in Canada and had experienced a lot of difficulty in purchasing the New Age vinyl product. The Canadian distributors were out of stock. I contacted New Age in the USA directly and was very quickly and ably assisted by Aziz who promptly took my info and processed my purchase request. There was no need to go through the Canadian distributors. I am so grateful to Aziz and the New Age company. It is very difficult to find a vinyl product that is 9.5mm thick which is necessary if you want to make a room warmer. Thank you very much Aziz and the New Age Company!

Had a great experience purchasing my cabinets. If able ask for Geepson he was extremally helpful in getting me the right se t of cabinets at a discounted price. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll return later to update my review of the cabinets once they arrive.
