Y comments are joke now. HEAVILY censored. Moderated and blocked if your viewpoint doesn't match the popular one. You MUST use G rated words or your post is rejected. Used in context words like Screwed. Poop. Pissed off, LMAO, $#*! (as a name) Racist and MANY basic words that break the PG 13 level with garnar a wait to be moderated and PG words will get rejected. Re edit your post 4 times trying to still share your opinion but still getting hit with a needs to be approved wait and you are blocked. Your done. Right now they are VERY pro FAR RIGHT. Careful what you say. Even if you make a G rated post they will block it.

I noticed, every time I try to comment on an article from Yahoo, while I see others leaving comments. When I try to leave one, on any article. It won't post. It will say retry, and I retry many times, but it won't post. Then, if I refresh the page, it says, "Our goal is to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions. In order to improve our community experience, we are temporarily suspending article commenting" So yeah, they are shadow-banning people with the wrong opinions

A propaganda machine, to be sure, yet the fourth-graders who run the place opened up their commenting this month, for about two days. The lash back of reality proved too much to handle, and they staff quickly went running for their emotional support unicorn, the magic button that once again turned off commenting, and the reality of what folks think about the extremist garbage the site continues to peddle. Every sponsor should re-evaluate their stand with Yahoo and start pulling ad support.

Typical one sided liberal pieces of garbage. Yahoo news prey on the stupid in this country to believe their Reporting - and we have a lot of stupid. I will NEVER read their articles ever again.

I like the unfiltered media because it allows me to see with my own eyes, make my own decision instead of how modern media outlets portray events.

Yahoo is biased and only allows comments when it serves their purpose. They reject ideas that go against their liberal agenda. They'll allow folks to respond to a comment to insult the person that expressed an opinion and then when you try to reply they block you. Their justification says your reply doesn't meet their guidelines. These days the majority of articles don't even allow comments. Yahoo has simply become a platform to promote their views and are their views are clearly biased.

Their strategy is simple - make a statement enough times in making it sufficiently different (but with the same view point) and don't allow a competing view and folks will start to believe what they are reading.

It is the same strategy Russia is using on its people.

I believe freedom of the press should be true "if it really works", but when it is controlled by one side or the other, then it becomes our own worst enemy.

In the past we had reporters that provided unbiased reporting - it was their honor at stake to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. "Unbiased Facts.

Today's reporters (for the most part) are either pushing their own beliefs and/or selling out to the network offering the largest bounty. They often lie and hide behind protecting their sources.

While the sit and complain about external actors interfering with our elections they sit back and slant the truth. They talk at end and skew what opponents say and then provide snippets they claim back up what they've stated... but if you listen to the snippets and you use basic English to guide you it is clear they've slanted things to serve their viewpoint.

We need to stop this nonsense or we'll be all alone and Russia will be knocking on our doorstep.

I sometimes scan Yahoo News and, even though I know they are laughably left, I get nauseaus fairly quickly. It's not even comically entertaining with their left slants.

When Gorsuch was going through the insanity of the accusations and when you ask Brown her thoughts and criticize her, they are labeled as harassing her. The level of absurdity is insane. There was an ad asking for your thoughts on how Biden is doing. The 2 available check boxes were "he is doing great" or "I am waiting to see what he does next" There is no check box for he is ruining our country and the world is suffering from his lack of thought. He surrounded himself with activists then takes consensus about policy, yet Yahoo news does nothing but praise Joe Bidens ineptness. Every story I read is bashing Republicans and praising the democrats as democrats divide us all into smaller and smaller groups and discriminate against everyone under the guise of progression.

The only reason I give it one star is because I cannot give it zero stars. Totally biased and fake news
