Item arrived, box slightly damaged, scooter floorpan cracked through at side, main steering pole will not release, overall most disappointing as this is a present.

So I orderd from DE VAT was included. They shiped from UK, so my customes took another 20%. I also had a open ticket to nitrotek, no response and I was not given a IOSS number. So awaoid. Better buy from Ali or somewhere more safe.

As reported before it has taken two months to obtain a replacement ebike battery only to find that thus along with the second ebike battery rendering as being faulty. They have all failed in the same way and the company will not refund the cost of returning the first battery because we returned it personally because of the difficulty of transporting Batteries.
I have now purchased replacement batteries from the Internet that do site on the ebike carrier that are far superior that do have short circuit protection, key switch on//off, battery test and tail light, all that the Nitrotek batteries do not have. DO NOT BUY EBIKES FROM NITROTEK E OSWICK

I bought my escooter just before covid so didn't use it. I have been continually charging it and now disappointed as it doesn't charge properly!? When I turn the key, it just stays on minimum. I'm trying to sort this out with Nitrotek but the warranty has expired.

This service is great great data free unlimited talk and text and what else is grateful there's no bill never needing to worry about it being turned off.

Bought the Z2 Aluminium Folding Electric Bike about 6 weeks ago and been using it extensively - it rides very fast and feel light and agile.

Would definitely recommend it and at a great price too.

Only comment is about the brakes, would be good to have a front disc brake and not just in the back

Ordered a few bits for my sons bike and all have been packed well enough to protect them. Only small niggle is the website can take a while to load up new pages and sometimes have images missing which means guesswork on the part ordering (been ok so far!) had to contact customer service once and was answered almost immediately via email so that's a great help.

Was going to buy my ebike from Halfords, but was not happy with the bike's specifications in terms of a small battery, low mileage range and steel frame. Browsing online accidentally discovered NITROTEK company which offered exactly what I was looking for, plus free next day delivery (Halfords 35£ 5-days delivery) and 5% discount if paid by bank transfer that's awesome.

Great product and so easy to deal with. I will recommend to anybody who is looking for a fantastic product and so easy to order!

Bad communication. They just cancelled my order without letting me know. I only found out because I emailed them. Waste of time. Apparently they had no stock, despite it showing that it was in stock. Keep your inventory up to date and at least have the decency to send an email. Will not be use again.
