Confusion with making the payment
So far so good. My vents are in the ceilings so I cannot use as company suggested but I have had really good luck by just placing the bags of NoOder near the toilrts on a shelf. I use it for my bathrooms.

I knew when I ordered that the odor would be gone before I received it; however, I wanted to have it on hand in case there is a next time. Have not used the product yet.
It seams to help some, but i only had it 2 days. Will know better after a week.

My order was received in good time and was easy to use
Great shopping experience.
Wasn't working the first couple of days, but I need to get out to the studio and check out the fridge and freezer and see if the smell is finally dissipating. I was out of state when the electricity went out. Mom didn't realize the brand new fridge/ freezer had turned off due to a breaker. We now have a way to tell from looking outside the kitchen window to see if that breaker flips again. I'm working the next two nights, 12 hour shifts, but will get out there and check.
Quick customer service, delivery time and a product that works...who could ask for more?! Thank you!

Could not ask for better service or product...it really does the job..
I was fine with the shopping/ordering experience, however, the product does not appear to do what I purchased it for. It is not removing/deodorizing/eliminating/absorbing the odor?.
