We can write volumes on how NRI bureau staff and their owner ruthlessly play on the sentiments of match seekers. They take all fees upfront and then sit back relaxed and compel the registered members to dance to their tune.
The members' feel more and more deceived and frustrated day by day as for three months they hear only excuses of different kinds for NRI Bureau's inability to give them any matrimonial leads.

Relationship Managers keep getting changed. Every new Manager that comes during the 3-month period makes a FRESH NEW START by dismissing all the profiles that we had selected during the month and given to the previous Manager.

They make us choose new profiles from the 3 weekly automated emailed profiles that come in our inbox. Then this Manager drags on for one month because he/she says they are waiting to hear back from our selected profiles.

By then a month has gone by, and we start asking why no replies from profiles had been given to us. So, another Relationship Manager is assigned to us, who repeats the same above process by asking us to give them new profile IDs by choosing from the new emailed automated profiles.

During the 3 months they might give you two- three contacts, who either don't even reply to your calls, or are not your match. This makes us assume that this was all a faked setup.

In the mean time the 3-months are over and NRI Bureau locks you out of their website. But they keep our expired profiles showing on their website to cheat new registrants with our promising profiles, pretending to them that these are active profiles.

However, they still keep calling us back forcing us to renew our membership, ensuring us of a better job this time.

UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEPTIVE, aren't they?

All their same-style of REVIEWS seem to be PAID (like they do back home).
These REVIEWS are definitely FAKE and MANIPULATED!

Believe this and save yourself the stress that follows and the money that's wasted. OR,
Join the queue of their unhappy ex-customers!

Tip for consumers:

NRI BUREAU is a SCAM. Their website and many of their automated emailed profiles, too, mostly have expired profiles whose Photos are purposely stretched / unclear because they are deceiving the site users into believing that these are paid current profiles. There is no other explanation.

Beware! Pay them $450 only if you are ready to wash your hands of this money and be ready for the distress the Relationship Managers' attitude will cause.

All they send you fake profiles with dummy names, no contact number. Those names are not exits any where on google, face book and linkedin. Every time you ask question they just lies. Lies. Every time you call they promise you " call back" but never getting any replies. Few names like Rajat, Bupinder, Neeharika. Looks like they are all sitting in one room and trying to show you Manager, or supervisor.
Worst company please do not waste your money here. They don't have profile as per your preferences and they don't even revert back properly once the payment is done. Most of the 5 star reviews seems to be fake. Don't get trapped here. Do not waste your time and Money. Before you sign up they will lure you in by making promises. All they do is send you fabricated profiles. You are better off with other matrimonial apps. Also do not fall for the reviews, if you click on the profiles of the reviewers you will notice that most of them have reviewed the same business

It's my personal experience and please ready this everyone before u opt for the services I was totally lost my money these guys are no 1 frauds and what ever they send pics are neither from your community and none of the details are correct about them coz they never provide the contacts to anyone. They will send you pics and ask you to select if you select they will next call and say they are not ok bcus they themselves doesn't have contacts it's all fake what they talk and what they do pls don't fall into this you will trapped and they loote your money just like that which you will never get it back. What ever they say in the beginning if you record and hear it after paying money what they say is totally different.
