I san disc we bought was the wrong size and the customer service rep went out of his way to help me, sending me pics, explanations etc. I believe his name was Kent? If not, I'm sorry I don't remember but HE WAS WONDERFUL!
Got my 8GB module for Mac Mini... did not work at all... called them but their tech support person did not come to work today. I told them I wanted my money back... they wanted ME to pay the turn postage and I protested... now it must go to upper management.
