Of the 12 bulbs I ordered one was defective and would not light. Poor quality or poor quality assurance?
Shipping cost was outrageous. It costs $3 to ship a bubble envelope. Charging 4 times for shipping that took over a week to arrive, is ludicrous and an obvious ploy to pad profits on an already borderline over priced product.
That being said the product was as listed and good quality.

The truth is, so far we haven't unpacked the bulbs. We recently had a snow storm and, as a result, haven't replaced the bulb that was broken. We have an electrician here today, so hopefully one of the new bulbs will be up and my outside light will once again look great.
