Excellent customer service

Very quick response on WhatsApp to my query about activating my provider service on an upgraded handset. Answered and sorted within 2 messages. Thanks Kirsty, outstanding customer service. They recommended using WhatsApp on tel line and website and it was true. Sorted in no time.

HadLive chat with Simon W & Elysia B today re setting up new phone and sim card to keep old number, both were very knowledgeable and helpful, did not know i was with one com til yesterday always thought i was with Vodafone, phoned yesterday spoke to Tai(sorry if i got it wrong), who sorted out my upgrade and sorted my new plan out, he was also very helpful and knowledgeable, new phone came at 1000 this morning, great service and friendly staff, far better than vodafone.

Terrible company
September 21, 2020

I have just upgraded and am stuck for 2 years but would never recommend them. Wanted a dual sim but they failed to mention I'd have to get a virtual sim elsewhere as they can't provide it asked for international calls but can't call to another country without being charged just class within each country. Complained and was told too sad your passed the cooling off period. Don't trust them!

I have experienced frustrating times trying to contact onecom by phone in the past so this time I tried the direct online chat feature. I had a text conversation with Daniel H who was able to diagnose my problem and send over detailed instructions on how to fix it. The service was quick and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. If you are struggling to get through on the phone line then I would definitely recommend you try online chat.

Brilliant service from James. Had all my queries answered quickly and professionally. I wanted to know about a second number I had on my bill. It was answered very thoroughly. I also wanted to know when i could upgrade my phone. Would recommend to family and friends. Using whats app for the query was much easier than speaking on the phone.
