Absolutely the worst,no customer service, I canceled with no autobill and they billed me again. They somehow set up two profiles and billed me twice. I did not do that. Save your money and your time

I joined this app, hoping to make a friendship. I IBM corresponding with three men. I didn't got an email from our time slapping me on the wrist. Stating that I had sent questionable material to men. This was a lie. I closed on my account and will never use it again. Anyone thinking of coming to this app beware, they treat you like your toddlers. We are adults here and any conversations should be treated as such. There was nothing I ever sent these men ever. That was questionable in any way shape or form. Two men and I broke away from the app to start texting with our own phone numbers. Never once has anyone ever sent me an email such as this. I believe one of the men felt slighted. Or they monitor everything you say and make a judgment call. I'm embarrassed and angry. I will never ever use our time again. Think twice before you join.

First of all- you pay a minimum fee per month for 3 months. This is automatically renewed unless you notify them. NEXT- if you even want a person to "message" you- you have to pay over an extra $20 per month. There are not many real (as opposed to imaginary) men on the site. Many supposed people have a made up name, without any profile information whatsoever. An example of a name on the site was "gonnaget it". So, how could they even allow that name to register as a user with "no" information? Big dissapointment. Many people with just a name- no picture or information! I've attached a picture. Don't waste your money.

I was excited about the prospect of joining a dating site geared toward my generation (I am in my early 60's). I thought the men would be more forthcoming and transparent; as we age we learn and show up as we truly are sharing what we can offer in a partnership.

My experience on this site:
**Many fake profiles and scammers. People with multiple profiles; using different names. I uncovered a couple of these right before my eyes!
**Many non-paying members so you cannot get a response unless YOU pay more to allow them to respond.
**Many men who will simply like you based on your photo, and not take the time to read whether or not there is any compatibility.
**Many men in their 60's who have never been married. I'm sorry, but what?! LOL.
**The matches showing up as matches recommended for me do not meet my dating criteria AT ALL.
**I tried contacting customer service and their e-mail is auto-generated (including their responses based on key words used your e-mail outreach). In other words, you are not interacting with a live representative, ever! I know this as in my auto-mated e-mail exchange, it actually took me back to the VERY first response I got from them. We went full circle.

I wanted my money back within the first 2 weeks. Only, there was no way to get your money back.

I'm approaching my 3 months on the site. Nothing came out of it at all. I had more luck in the past on Match.Com (which isn't saying a lot...).

They act like its a top secret site and often ask for 3 different forms of verification. Then you can give them either an email address or your phone number for them to text your code to get in, after you have already joined that is. Well I don't have my phone stuck to my side or with me always and when I indicate for them to send the CODE to my email address. However, it never gets sent there. When contacting them about it, they don't speak enough English or understand the issue, which THEY SET UP. Goodbye and Good Riddance..

The TV ads give a totally false representation.
The site has an overwhelming number of fake women profiles or complete mismatches, and I consider the site to be just another scam.

I received no replies to messages I'd sent to supposed suitable matches, the messages I did receive, were from fake profiles or totally unsuitable matches.

I'd thought it was possible to take the least expensive option, a month's subscription and I cancelled the auto renewal, but they'd already snared me in the 6 months subscription, so I'm in situation of being trapped in paying 5 more months subscription for something I did not want to.

I sent a message requesting to cancel, but it was rejected, the site is a money grabbing operation, it is not a genuine dating site.

Do not believe the positive reviews.

Definitely not a site to be recommended, steer well clear and avoid being ripped off.

After many messages no replies and fake likes from inactive profiles so how is this possible?I won't be renewing my subs

It is ridiculous that I pay for a membership in which I am able to send messages. BUT, I have to pay extra if I want to read the response. What a money grubbing scam. There is no option to limit your matches to your local area. Sure they send photos, almost daily, of folks in faraway states. Hardly practical for dating now is it. There is no response to emails either, no customer service. Why should they, they have my money.

Be wary of a site that is easy to join and difficult to cancel. On the eve of subscription expiration, suddenly you will get a rush of views and likes...beware...they have women who "bump" up these elements to entice foolish men to re-subscribe. Very cynical and dishonest. Their administration will pay lip service to one's concerns and then condescend.

I signed up, they removed my access with no reason whatsoever, and continued to keep my profile up for members to respond to. Customer Support does not exist, and the problem continues 3 days later. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - they are AI-driven fakes.

I helped my 74 year old grandfather who is a widower and looking for a companion get set up on his site. I took pics for him, filled out the profile and questions with him, got him a login, verified the account with him, and showed him how it worked. All pics were blurred out and you have to pay to see who liked your profile. I paid almost $80 for a 3 month subscription so he could use these features. Again, showed him how to use it and let him loose. Within 5 minutes of him using the app while next to me, his account was logged out and blocked. I contacted customer support- no phone number is available. The response I received via email was that there was a violation in the pages long terms and use agreement. Nowhere in there do I see where he would have violated this agreement within 5 minutes of use. I asked for a reason and the response was they cannot provide more information on what was violated, even in regards to your own account. I met my husband on a dating site and it took a lot to get my grandpa to put himself out here, so it's so disappointing that this was his first experience. This site and app preys on the vulnerable elderly population and is a scam.

I have been on the site 2 months. I'm in KC (2.4mil people) but seem to get only a few within 100 miles. I had 1 date. Waited 6 wks for a 2nd till I figured out he didn't have time for a relationship. 5 fakes messaged me (according to the site). A couple love bo.bed me then ghosted. Not impressed!

Bunch of retired divorced women looking to go on exotic vacations to exotic locations. I wonder who is going to take care of the horse and Alpaca ranch while they are gone? Maybe the poor guy they divorced. The ones who do not list their DREAM VACATION ideals, every profile question is answered: ASK ME LATER. Ok, so if you send them a like, they need to reply so you can ASK THEM LATER. Customer service? Was a member for 11 business days, placed a request on their help gizmo the 2nd day no answer.

Site hasn't worked right for months. Contacted them, said they'd fix it but never did. Wanted people within 50 miles & ages 75-85 and they were all over the US and all ages. Will never sign up again the Our Time

Still no refund on event that was cancelled. This was to see Sunset Boulevard in Lonfon. Amount was £47.

Not only are you charged £40 for a month, you have to pay many other charges for full access & message. Okay if the service is worth it & can be safe! I wasted almost my entire month, talking to a very professional SCAMMER - with UK phone number, a completely professionally made up Webpage of his " business " including photos, certificates & trust pilot rating. This was a very clever & elaborate scam! Using photos of an Italian man,name of a Canadian person & history of Turkish family & using their corporate business name.
Thankfully I have a suspicious mind - & something alerted my senses that this could be too good to be true. So although Reverse Image search didn't show any anomalies- I searched further afield, magnified a notice in the background of a photo & realised the language was Italian. I was able then to get Face ID & see the true identity of the photos. I then searched extensively online - re the name & company names - he'd given. I found an email written to Turkish airlines- from a Canadian with part of the name he was using.
This was a very clever & extensive scam - which most people would believe. I have reported the profile to Ourtime & the phone to the company he was using.
However paying highly for a single month's subscription to Ourtime - I would expect not to have to worry about scammers like this! Nor waste my time & money for this level of deception. Hard to trust or believe anyone!

In April, major changes were made to the Ourtime site and now it is essentially Match, which uses some sort of idiotic matching program. No longer can one see all of the members in a particular zip. Now some computer decides whom we can see. I HATE IT now and will not subscribe again!
