DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a custom lehenga set for a wedding that arrived far too small and not in any way made to the measurements I provided. Besides having nothing to wear for a friend's wedding, Panash refused to refund me unless I returned the garment to them in India (which cost me another $100). Now that it's been returned, they simply don't answer my emails requesting the refund they promised. This company is a total scam!
Ordered one product on 7th Nov but they did not even shipped it till 20th Nov.I asked them to give refund multiple times.they just reply to message with ''you will get your refund within 2-3 days but never received it till date.customer care number never receives the call.
Bought an item on 7 Nov 2023. Needed it by 27 Nov. Panash team kept saying everyday that shipping will be done in 2-3 days, but no action was taken. Finally cancelled my order on 21 Nov. Thereafter they said the refund will be reflected in my account in 4-5 Days. Now it's 4 Dec and I still haven't received a refund. I am never buying from this website again.

The search option is very limited and hard to navigate. The website should give us choice to select the color, size, price range, etc - all at once. Right now you can either choose the color or the style. When we know exactly what to buy, it takes a long time for us to reach the product.

We received the Western Indo Sherwani item and I tried it on. I am a tall and lean guy but the outfit was too too narrow. For example, for the pants, I couldn't put the pants on over my calves, so I'm not sure if the pants fit in the waist as I couldn't get it on that far. My arms and shoulders are also too big for the item and I cannot wear it. I tried to work with them to get a different outfit but they wouldn't work with me and repeated that their sizing was correct. I would willingly pay delivery fees and other costs but they would work with me to get me an outfit that fit. They never even asked my dimensions but would give me store credit. Poor sizing and very bad customer support.
