In regards to the turn around of an invitation to be deliver:
This is what I receive from owner of PARTY EXPRESS INVITATIONS: when I ask why her or his website states a couple of hours for return. Your better off getting someone else.

Not our fault that you wait until the last minute thinking that you are the one person ordering on our website, you had 365 days to get your things together.
Next time order an instant download invitation from another seller and you can write the info yourself

Items were EXACTLY as pictured and described. They were everything I was looking for and more! My daughter loved the shirt I made her from the transfer I ordered and the cupcake toppers were perfect! I had a personal issue (on my end) and when I contacted the company/owner to address my concern and the issue (again, this was MY issue), they were VERY QUICK to respond (within the hour) and help me! I was blown away with the great customer service I received. Not only are their products great, their customer service is phenomenal... seriously, the best I've ever received from a company. I would definitely recommend using them for your party needs, I know I will!

I placed an order for my daughters birthday invitation and I received the final proof in less than an hour. I'm very happy with the awesome service.

Here is your warning now! Find a different company! IF you have any issue with your order whatsoever whether it's the buyer or sellers fault (because everyone makes mistakes) they will not help you at all! This company harasses their customers, is down out right RUDE and will tell you you are stuck with your order period. All they care about is getting your money and once they do you are on your own! That is after they send you email after email putting you down and being completely rude! I would give 0 stars if I could! There are so many other companies out there, find a different one and DO NOT USE PARTY EXPRESS INVITATIONS. You have been warned!

All Party Express Invitations could come up with in response to my review is that I am the same person as someone else who had an issue with their company as well? What a joke! I can assure you this is the first time I am writing a review for this pathetic excuse for a company. Take your money elsewhere!

"Excuse me we don't issue refund and yes we will revised the invitation that's why you get a proof but if you keep sending millions of crazy emails that is going to delay our process"
"You took so many hours to review the proof and now you come demanding? Our service come with 24 hrs turnaround time and you did received your order not even 1 hr after you placed your order so relax!" These are the emails I received from their customer service. I emailed them multiple times, yes, but no one needs to be so rude! I asked for them to redo my daughters invitation because they misspelled her name. Very important detail. An apology and a quick fix was all I wanted. Don't expect same day service. Don't expect them to treat you like you are a customer. I feel terrible and now I have to do something else for invitations without a refund. Thanks

Thanks for making me feel even worse of course i know its late notice but when you order from a company that says it has same day service you think you might get that.
No one derserves an all caps customer service response. Their response to me below should show you exactly their customer service policy. They've graciously bullied me. I'm not awesome I just think you should treat people who buy your services kindly.

I thought this site was going to be extremely useful and helpful. It was easy to order from BUT when I didn't receive my complete order the rude and bad customer service began. They wanted to continuously argue with me that they had sent the emails when in fact they just kept sending the same email with the same products in it and then arguing that they had sent everything. I kept asking how hard is it to just resend - after all I paid for it. My party is a day away and I still haven't received all of my products instead all I have received is about 10 emails telling me I am wrong and that I need to check my junk mail once more. With all of the technology available you would think that they would be able to upload the products, like they do some of the instant download products available on the site, so that customers can retrieve them and download them rather than relying on archaic email.

I ordered 5 items on here and the turn around was amazing. Had them in my inox with in seconds. I accidentally forgot to include personal information for one of the items purchased and emailed them. I received a response within minutes and the updated item shortly after. Best customer service. I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again!
