I could choose another payment service, but Payeer seemed cheaper and easier. The wallet registration took only a couple of minutes. The email confirmation is sent instantly (without any verification codes or geolocation indications). Now I have the Payeer app on my smartphone. I use it to check the balance, as well as to make and confirm payments.

I already uploaded the required documents for my account verification, but they keep declining my verification for no legit reason and they keep replying with the same copy and paste messages!
I already replied to the support team saying that I uploaded my recent utility bill with QR code, but they copied and pasted their previous message!
I uploaded the same kind of bills as address proofs on other platforms and my accounts there got already verified, except PAYEER and Perfect Money!
Without PAYEER verification, I cannot make any fiat deposit using credit cards and it can only deposit cryptocurrency!

Refusing refund.
I paid for hosting services from my personal cryptocurrency wallet using Payeer payment system.
The services provided did not suit me and I requested a refund. The seller returned the funds to my Payeer account.
I have not even registered with this payment system. In order to return funds back to my personal cryptocurrency wallet, Payeer requires personal data and documents.
Payeer is withholding my funds and refusing to refund them. The support service responds in a formulaic way.

Payeer is supporting illegal activity. I used Payeer mobile wallet. Someone did 2 transactions at June 1 & June 4 without my knowledge & permission. I lost $5.86 from my account. I sent letter to support, but they said amount can't be returned once sent. I asked to reveal the Payeer account name, login country & ip address of the receiver, they told me to submit complaint to police authorities. Their credibility is loosing. Payeer is practicing modern day theft. I searched Google & found many bad reviews about Payeer. Not recommend to any users.

The trade commissions aren't higher than in other payment systems. However, Payeer has lots of additional benefits- from the internal exchange, where you can exchange currencies at a favorable rate, to the great affiliate program for passive earnings. Payeer suits me perfectly!

I can only say that this is unbelievable. You can not add 1 euro to your account unless you verify.
I sent them my ID card and they rejected it for no good reason. (I also verified my mobile number)
It does not matter to them whether you can use the site service or not.
I asked them to tell me what to do to be approved but without any guidance. This is very bad and is not recommended at all.

It was my first experience with electronic payment systems. Payeer is multifunctional, but at the same time very easy to use. Plus, it has great customer support.
