I recently moved out of my parent's house so it's been a struggle to manage the budget. On top of that, I also have a kitty that needs to be taken care of. Thankfully, my grandmother has pets so she suggested me this online store. I was honestly surprised by the prices that this website was offering. So, I decided to get some flea and tick treatments to try it out. Thankfully, all products were of the same brand and worked amazingly on my kitty with no side effects. This is really an amazing website for students like us who can't afford to pay a lot.
This online pet store is a lifesaver! They've got so many options when it comes to choosing a preventive treatment. I've been their customer for years and will continue to purchase from this site.
I purchased two 3 pack Frontline plus for dogs on September 1. It took a long time to send and when I did receive it the product was made in France. The package didnt look right to me so I returned it. I returned it for a refund and still have not received it. This business should be shut down for fraud. I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection..
Excellent range of very high-quality pet products. I ordered a few essentials (esp. Flea and tick treatments) for my puppy and these were shipped out the next day. They arrived after a few days, it took like some five days. A little delay, but seems fine with me as the postage was free. I also asked a question by email before I placed the order and got a quick, honest answer. I will be returning to this online store to get my dog treatments in the future. Absolutely no hassles whatsoever. Also, the parcel was packed meticulously with all details -- very smart, because you don't want your post to be lost as it happened with me dealing with other companies. Good prices for very high quality & brand products. Free shipping. Good communication.

As soon as you subscribe for a regular delivery and they have your payment information, you might as well cancel your card if you ever want to cancel 'cuz the stuff is coming (from the UK) and you'll never receive a notification in advance giving you the opportunity to change it. AND it'll cost you more to send it back than it is worth - no US-based return address... all part of the scam.
I have purchased from many online pet stores but this is the best among all. The shopping experience is seamless and the product quality is superb! I have two cats and three dogs, I know they're handful but this store helps me keep them safe.
My dog is more organized than this company. They sent me the wrong product TWICE (of course replacing it with a less expensive product - Frontline sent instead of Seresto collar). They told me to keep the Frontline and they would quickly send me the Seresto I ordered. I then received ear drops. What the? The invoice was for another person, but sent in an envelope addressed to me. I called again. They said, "If you mail them their product, they will mail you yours." So now I am an employee of PetCareSupplies.com?? HAHA. I did it out of respect and empathy for the other person (and their animals) involved, not holding my breath that I would get mine in return. Two weeks later - no Seresto collar and I am out of money I have spent on the collar and shipping - $42.85. I sent an email demanding a refund, but I am not holding my breath that that will happen either. They ship internationally - it takes forever and I question the authenticity of the product they sent me (the Seresto collar didn't smell or feel like the ones I have used in the past). I tried to save money, but should have trusted my gut. I would avoid if I were you.
I love gathering information about a particular product before buying it. I do the sea when it comes to the healthcare of my two dogs. So when I landed on this online store, I was very happy to see the amount of information they provide on each product they sell. It helps a great deal for pet parents like me. Orderd Frontline + For Cats, one month ago. No product arrived and no tracking. Off shore customer support in India. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have read reviews, first. I'm smarter than this, but, they got me [this time].
I am normally the kind of person who needs to see the stuff before buying them, and that includes pet supplies as well. But my brother-in-law insisted me to give online pet shopping a try. I was a bit skeptical and all, but then I gave in. Purchased a couple of regular supplies and some new stuff as well. I was taken aback by the prices, at first. They are relatively cheaper than what the normal stores sell them at. Moreover, when I got the supplies, it was nicely packed. I think I will buy from here from now onward.
I ordered frontline, a flea and tick preventative. I received Frontline that is approved for sale in Africa. I called the manufacturer and asked if this Frontline approved for Africa was safe to use on my dogs here in the USA. Well, the manufacturer said that the formula used in Africa is NOT approved for sale in the USA and if I chose to use it, I would have no recourse if something happened to my dog. Well I decided to return the items and I have now placed my third phone call to them to return the items. After the first phone call to return, they said they would send a prepaid return package, I never received it. After the second phone call, I received a package that is too small to return all 12 packages of frontline. I have just left my third phone message, so the saga continues and I still have not received my refund of monies.
When it comes to purchasing pet supplies, I only rely only on this online store! No other site provides pet products at such affordable rates along with free shipping. For me, this is the best store as there has never been any issue with the payment because they don't loot people.
I was looking for the cheapest price on Frontline Plus, and they had it. After I had typed in my card information, a pop up suggesting that they don't give refunds if mailed to the wrong address with a box to check yes or no. I checked yes. The pop up just kept coming back on screen with no way to exit out of it or proceed.
I hit the back button and finally got away from the checkout, then I started a chat to find out if my transaction had gone through. It became obvious that I was chatting with someone who didn't know English well. At one point, I had to wait 4 minutes for "Kevin" to start typing a reply! He said my account had activated without my address or card info. Idk how that was possible. So, I called to place my order, and the first thing the rep said was that they were located in the UK and it would take 2 weeks to get my order. My dogs are going to the vet in 2 weeks. Plus, you can buy this medication from Walmart with no shipping.
Be careful where you type your card information in online. Lots of hackers out there. Make sure you check a company out before you buy their product. Most of this crap comes China anyway. Gonna look up some home remedies.
I was really worried about how I'd get pet supplies for my dogs. But then, this store came to the rescue! The delivery certainly took longer, but at least I received the order in good condition. That's what matters the most right now. Huge thanks to this site for still serving their customers. Because of you guys, my pets are all safe and healthy.
These collars are FAKE! The can does not have a metallic paint on inside as do legit Seresto collars, do not fasten the same and the insert was obviously printed on a printer that was low on ink. Mine came through the United Kingdom.

Ordered flea collar on a Saturday at 1/4 of the MSRP. They only accept PAYPAL (Red Flag). I am waiting for a confirmation email with expected delivery date by Wednesday, (today). Nothing arrived. My AMEX shows the transaction, but it was from SHOPIFY (Expecting PP as the vendor - Red Flag). I checked my PP account and no transaction was documented. No one answers their toll free number (Red Flag). Cannot file a dispute with PP since the transaction was not recorded. AMEX is working this for me. COVID-19 or not this is a scammer.
I don't normally do online pet shopping, but pet stores near my house are all shut due to the coronavirus pandemic. My pet supplies needed a refill, and online pet stores were my only hope. Thankfully, I came across you guys. Purchased my desired supplies. Just waiting for the order to get delivered. Says it'll take a couple of weeks more, so I gotta wait. Phew! If not for this online store, I really don't know how I'd get my buddy's supplies. Thanks!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Website said that they where out of Californa, but when i got the tracking number it was coming from New Zealand.
I ordered on March 20,2020 and its now May 16,2020 and have not received my my product and have go buy flea collar some where else. Update, it is now July 9,2020 and have not received my order had to go the petco to buy my collar.
I know dear Nicole on a virus they might be behind but usually it only takes 3 ways to get your purchase and they don't see no tracking number they don't do that but your product comes with no problem I wish people realized there is a Corona virus and things take longer it took a month and a 1/2 for me to get a statement from social security and my track that usually comes at the on the 7th of the month income until the 21st come on people mail is behind
Answer: Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.
Answer: Don't order from them. This is a horrible company and their customer service is even worse.
Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
