The best customer support

I bought the game to test out, but I didn't like it. So, I called customer support and they gave me a full refund and the game was removed from my Game Library! The best customer support!

First review EVER

Sony-Playstation has the WORST customer service EVER! I have never felt more stressed out. My kids saw me cry for the first time over trying to get service and trying to make a return. Its horrific. Very frustrating.

I'm sorry but how can you guys not have abundance of PS5 I mean I wanted to surprise my fiancé with dumb console and you guys didn't even have enough and people who do have it selling it above market price you guys don't care at all I'm sorry I destroyed his old ps4 and got him the XBOX

Play station has no honor or integrity
About three months ago assassin screen three pack was on special I added it to my cart but was not sure I wanted to purchase it and I forgot about it
I saw a new version of Galaga that I wanted to purchase
So I went ahead and purchased the eight dollar game and did not realize that the $175.00
3 pack which was now Off Special and cost $175 for a game I didn't even want was in the cart accidental purchase chat bots phone calls chat bots phone calls well you know the drill no refund I guess PlayStation is going to be this way and sealing the deal for me not to use PlayStation products anymore it is for sale PS five and I will never go back you'll have to learn how to treat your customers for them to do business with you even with AAA games the future is wide open I recommend all PlayStation Sony customers teach Sony a lesson for their failure to listen to their customers goodbye Sony!

They're rip offs

Playstation direct is a rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are Sony but they will take your money and run. I ordered 2 controllers and never got them. Got told I will receive if and when they decide to. I am making a trip to Memphis to confront them.

FIRST OF ALL SONY ARE THIEVES. THEY HAVE OVER CHARGED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU AT ALL. I HAVE SENT 7 EMAILS TO GET MY 70 BACK FROM THEM WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL AND OF COURSE NO MONEY. THEY HAVE NO HONOR OR RESPECT AND HAVE TURNED INTO TRASHY NONE TRUSTING COMPANY. X box IS THE WAY TO GO WITH np. Did I mention that I have spent thousands of dollars ps3 ps4 ps5 and the VR edition and they go and screw you for 70 bucks cheap cheap cheap out fit dont buy their product over priced junk. XBOX is the way to go. Selling my daughters everything that has to do with SRCONY sorry sony if thats still your name.

Why did PlayStation have to get rid of community people really like communities but places you just ruined it by deleting and taking it off the console that's where I have all my fun on row plane on GTA with the communities but no GTA and Playstation 4 has to take off communities don't like that at all

Had a PS4 Pro for 5 months of the 12 month warranty period and they refused to fix it after it suddenly stopped working. No warning, no related events before, just quit, and they refuse to honor their warranty!

Don't buy Sony Playstation. Do not download Sony Playstation games. They will not refund defective downloads. They will make you spend countless hours deleting and redowloading and when you ask for a refund they will ask you to try more tasks and eventually tell you no because you downloaded it. Absolutely ludicrous. How would you know it is defective without downloading it. Do not download Playstation games! Buy an Xbox or use your computer. Valhalla crashes continuously.

2 weeks later I get a call and email from someone name Mathew who works for sony that tells me he heard the racist remarks that were said to me and what made me send him a vulgar language message but the ban would not be lifted. He didnt care about me as a customer and with all the black killings going on it bothered me when spongey_seaman21 said what he said about black people. He then sent me a messages taunting me because he reported me and knew they would ban me. So I sent to sony and he replied nice i only got a warning. Sony supported his racist remarks but banned me for my vulgar comment. So the racist remarks got him a warning but my vulgar language got me banned. He said F all black ppl at least he can be something in this country and sony said they heard that but suspended my account for 30 days. Even after I calmed down and tried to reason with the racist guy. Playstation did not care after looking at the entire convo and using common sense. The said he plays pc and they can do what they want on playstation messages. Im very disappointed in sony because I've been a customer over 20 years... Very disappointed

If you are an uninformed mother like myself whos child plays fortnite beware! Sony PlayStation allowed unauthorized charges on my 9 year old's account in the way of 1300 dollars! The process to getting to even apply for a refund was absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient! I never once got my issue all the way resolved because you are prompted through the entire conversation as if they already know the outcome! PlayStation was never going to give me my money back they just lied and waved it in front of me! I would never recommend dealing with them if it can be avoided! I tried to give my son and gaming a chance but what needs to happen is more kids get outside instead of supporting such a crooked and corrupt industry! No company should stand proud knowing they are completely ripping people off! What a waste of three months of my life i dont even want to give them a single star

In my childhood I had SEGA Dreamcast and so the happiest child on Earth! At age 26 I bought PS3 and 2 years ago PS4. The reason I choose PS over XBOX, of course, were PS exclusives (Last of Us and God of War) They are simply amazing. Waiting for sequels=) But I would pay a lot of money for a remaster of Skies of Arcadia from Dreamcast - it is the best game ever!
