I received a shower body handle that I did not order. As a matter of fact, I ordered nothing from Plumbersstock. Credit card was charged immediately.

Ordered jensen cabinet when it arrived wrong size what a hassle to return. The specifications on website were wrong. Then I ordered from them again now they tell me it wasn't paid for but transaction through paypal clearly shows payment. Never received order conformation and she kept asking for order conformation number that i don't have. No need to deal with them again. If i were Jenson I wouldn't let them be my supplier. Move on and buyfrom another manufacturer,

Placed an order for a tool four months ago that has not been delivered and have try numerous times to cancel and get a refund. Called in beginning of October to cancel and also submitted online to cancel beginning of November.

Their site said a product that we needed for a client had a 1 to 2 week lead time. After no contact from the company about he order after 2 weeks, I called to check on it and they said it would be at least 4 to 5 more weeks and they really had no idea whatseovever when it would arrive. DON"T order from this site based on the lead times stated if you have a time frame! I'm not happy with that misrepresentation AND the lack of communication informing me of the actual lead time once ordered. Totally unprofessional!

SENT ME A DEFECTIVE PART AND REFUSED TO SEND NEW PARTS.

THEN SAID WILL SEND IN 4-5 WEEKS AFTER I PAID FOR THE PART A SECOND TIME!

JOKE COMPANY AND JOKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered (2) Moen mirrors. The mirrors arrived broken. Customer service is horrible and continually sends me in circles without any resolution. Will not purchase anything from this company again.
