The bulbs for the vanity didnt fit and shorted out the vanity and dome lights and reversed lights also does not work

Made the common mistake of trying to save money and ordering cheaper leds previously. They just aren't worth it and RARELY last the test of time and fail within months. I speak from first-hand experience.
I can't speak for the durability of these yet... but if it is anything like "you get what you pay for", I shouldn't have to worry. My only concern is prolonged heat as the higher lumens bulbs emulate more, and the bulb is housed in a very small, air-tight and these type of lights are typically on for long periods of time as compared with brake lights for example, that light for shorter durations with the bulb able to cool down more. We'll see.
Some of the bulbs didn't fit my 2012 BMW 650I (License plate bulbs, vanity bulbs and door bulbs). Other than that, great look.
These LED lights are a cinch to install even for an all thumbs guy like me. The ordering, shipping, and receiving process went without a hitch and the installation video was straight to the point and easy to follow. If you want to change out your old bulbs with LEDs, these are the people to go to.
Don't think twice about purchasing these headlight replacements. Well worth the price and perform great!

So far, so good. Haven't got order yet, we'll see. Bought extra bulbs for license plate, they are not replaceable with what you sold me. Stock bulbs are a self-contained Mercedes unit. Need more video's for an E350, wish I could video & change bulbs at the same time, kinda hard to do that. Not sure why, footwell bulbs stay ON when driving, sometimes, can't understand why that happens.
At the outset, I am pleased with my experience on the site. Just made my first purchase buying bulbs for my girlfriend's '17 Accord. Hope she likes em lol.

Customer service was great
I received the upgraded product which had only one connection, that was the power to the ballast. Great upgrade removing the ballast to the light connection. Easy to install. My only problem was on the 2020 Tacoma passenger side the window washer fluid tank was in the way. Only time I wished I had girl hands with long fingers LOL. But with some planning and taking it slow I was able to install the light with no problem. Second time I've purchased.

Very helpfull staff. Light comes on dim even with car off. Not acceptable for reverse lights to stay on all the time. Was told by the company it was normal.
Glad I was able to get a hold of someone regarding a question involving the product. They are knowledgeable and provide really good customer service. So far the interior lights work and dont produce that annoying dim glow after they're powered off. Additionally, the leds are nice and bright and really allows good vision at night getting in and out of the vehicle compared to stock bulbs.
