Had a leak in my roof and called Pro-Home to inspect. Their representative arrived at scheduled time. He confirmed my suspicions about where the leak was, quoted me a competitive price and repaired the leak. Could not have been a better experience. Pro-Home installed our roof and gutters in 2011 and we have been very satisfied. Would highly recommend.
We think our home looks great with a new roof, new attic vents, soffits, downspouts, gutters and gutter guards from Pro Home Services Inc. Peter and the crew were great to work with. The workmanship is top drawer. Their communication is even better. Every step of the process from quote, to scheduling to final inspection was clear and on point. Pro Home Services Inc took care of the permitting so we didn't have to hassle with the county. We got three quotes. Pro Home Services Inc. bid was in line with the competition and they pointed out missing flashing on our chimney as well as some misplaced vents. Pro Home Services Inc. was also timely. They showed up a few days after we agreed on a contract, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy to recommend Pro Home Services Inc.
After the recent storm we had a Micro Burst and there were tree limbs from a large maple blown across my property and on my roof. Pro Home Services had replace my rook and gutters in 2019 and did an excellent job. I called them to inspect my roof after this storm. They were out the next morning and did a thorough inspection. Happily we only had minor damage requiring only minor replacement of a few damaged shingles. The next day I had a quote that was very fair and reasonable. They were out to repair the roof within. 2 days. Their customer care is extraordinary and very much valued.
Peter promptly scheduled an appointment and offered helpful advice after inspecting the existing roof. He offered several roof systems, and his pricing was competitive. The Malarkey roof we chose was expertly installed and included additional vents to better circulate attic air. Additionally, the crew did a good job of protecting shrubs and plants and respecting our property. The property was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the first day and the job. Peter's experience in the business was evident, providing good advice, quality work and plenty of customer care.
I used the email option to ask for an estimate. Peter promptly called the next morning to discuss my roof needs. He dropped off product info that afternoon. I had my estimate the following day. When I was deliberating on colors, he offered to provide addresses to see the installed colors. It truly made the difference to see the completed color. The work crew was prompt. They were polite, worked efficiently. Excellent clean up. I would absolutely recommend Peter /Pro Home.

We previously had Pro-Home Services do our new roof and just recently called them to install a new window in the kitchen. They are very professional, responsive, easy to get hold of when you have a question or concern. We would highly recommend them. It is also nice knowing there is a dependable local business to call on.
There are so many good reviews until I hate to be negative. However, if this is the same company out of Arkansas I am truly shocked. It must be the representative/associate that handles my area. She is absolutely terrible. She always has some excuse or reason why something can't get done. Never, get back with you or follow up on the situation.
All of a sudden my roof started to leak and water was dripping into my kitchen thru a dormant light fixture. I have been in this house for just 6 months so there are a lot of surprises. I did not want to call a big roofing company for a small job like this so I went to BBB and selected Pro Home Services based on their high rating and proximity to my house. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as the vents and nails needed to be resealed. They quoted me a fair price and came out as soon as the snow melted and the temperature was above 15. I have had no leaks since they performed their work. Great Job!

I have used Pro Home for my windows roof and gutters and recommended them to my son for windows and a roof for his home. Peter is professional and caring and I trust him to give me good work at a fair price.
They did everything they promised. They arrived on time and worked all day. They cleaned up every day. There were no hidden fees. My new roof looks terrific.
Overall experience was good and scheduling was flexible. The job cleanup could have been better, and there is an issue with the job that I am trying to get fixed.
Peter is very helpful through the process and communicates/responds quickly. The prices are fair for the high quality work, and on par with others in the industry. The crew arrived on time, cleaned up after each day, and left the yard in good shape. We'd do business again.
Contractor and crew professional, courteous and friendly. Any and all concerns and questions addressed in timely manner. Given updates throughout the day. Windows and other items protected from debris. Each time upon finishing, area was cleared of debris and left clean. Worked diligently throughout the day.

I was pleased with the service provided from the first phone call to Pro-Home. Because of horrendously hot weather my project was delayed by a couple of days. I fully approved of Peter's decision not to endanger his crew, and he kept me informed of just when the crew would arrive.
The crew itself was professional, efficient and fast. They were pleasant when I ran out to see the progress and careful of my screen room and other equipment. Ivan was always on the premises and overseeing that things were done properly. I was very pleased with the work that Pro-Home did, but here is a rare complement. My neighbor was painting his house during my roof project and he is a perfectionist. He said the roofing crew was extremely efficient and never slacked off. He said they did a great job. Wow! Even my neighbor approved of Pro-Home!
Pro-Home Services went above and beyond. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism, quality and craftsmanship they provided on our new roof. We would hire them again in a heart beat! And we've already been telling all our neighbors and friends about them. It's good to know contractors like this still exist in the world!

Pro Home came out and evaluated our roofing concerns. They presented us with a proposal which explained the job to us. We signed the proposal and they were here within a few days to do the work. They did an excellent job,we were very impressed with their work and process to explain it to us. We would hire them again!
