I came 2nd place in one of PupVote's competitions, and their terms state prizes would be delivered within 30 days. It's now been over two months and I still haven't received anything or heard back from them. I've reached out multiple times with no response. Really disappointed — the competition was fun, but the lack of communication and follow-through isn't acceptable. Hopefully they improve their customer service and honour their own terms.

My cat Jingle Belle won 3rd prize in the August 8th-29th contest. I requested my payment on September 8th. I've verified my identity, and it's been over 30 days. I've been told my payment was added to the upcoming "batch payments". But when I emailed again several days later I was told they were unsure when my payment would come. I'm very disappointed and upset about this. I'm not ready to give up yet! We deserve what is owed to us, please do the right thing!

Awful. You will receive empty promises that you will get paid for your winnings and never do. Very misleading and unacceptable. Emailing the company with inquiries is also useless. Unfortunate experience.

It claims that you can either get your winnings in votes for the next contest OR as funds, but if you request funds, you will never see it. So it's a trap where you buy votes to "donate" to a cause and then once you win, you will only get votes to use in the next contest. I did that one round and then requested my winnings after the next contest and have been trying to get my winnings for over a month - I just keep getting a reply of "your winnings are in the next payout batch, we'll let you know of an update when it is available". No details on how or when funds will be transferred to me. Just play on this pet photo contest website as a game, do NOT expect any real winnings and do not waste your money on votes - the voting is rigged. My pet was in 3rd place and then at the last minute, when buying "donation" votes was closed, suddenly other pets were getting thousands of votes and my pet ended up not even making the top 15 somehow.

I. Think this is an ok site to use just for fun to see if your puppy wins. Have t won yet to know if that's true but still cute site

It's a fun website for animal lovers to vote for pets and see some really cute cats and dogs. The voting is a bit rubbish because you can just buy votes, hence it isn't a true reflection of anything. Should be a lot fairer.

This is a great site to enjoy showing off our best friends and at the sam time connecting with people who love their pets, also adding pictures and being able to win a few bob is an added plus, thoroughly enjoyable site!

This site to me seems like a scan, they want you to buy votes, my precious Mandy has won first place in Illinois but received nothing. I believe this site is misleading. And who knows where the money goes, if your pet wins and gets nothing, then why believe them about what they do with the money. I am going to go cancel my account, no reason to be in a contest that you will not win at, unless they say you win.they have excuses for anything you say.

My cat I have on here is stashers she is the best friend an cat lover could have and she is spoiled rotten lol but she is the best sleeping buddy and loves her treats

I absolutely love the site honestly, the contests are great and I love being able to see everyone else's cute pets. I included a pic of Dixie so everyone can admire her in this review!

I think this is a fantastic idea and I think it's very good for people with mental health issues as well. Thank you so much for adding my pup on your contest as well!

I love all the dogs on the website, they all are so cute! Would recommend but even if the your dog isn't placed high they get so much love.

I love that they are helping to feed homeless cats & dogs. It breaks my heart that people get pets then abandon them as if they have no feelings.

I came across the website on Facebook. It's a great way to show all your friends and family pictures of your extended family and seeing how many votes you can acquire between them all. They offer some pretty good coupons and will give you the right answer the 1st time.
