Not that I've talked to a person from PureBulk, but dealing through the digital method is real easy.
Vast variety of supply and quantities are great. Selections, pricing and mailing options makes it my first choice when dealing with these types of health products.

I will be shopping PureBulk for more items. PureSleep is one and I'm interested in GABA and L-arginine etc

My oreder arrived and when I opened it the sealing on the top was burned and the ingredience were exposed so it is setting on my counter unused.

On my first order from Pure Bulk it was great! I got the exact product I asked for and I actually got it pretty quickly. Later orders, Pure Bulk gets it out of the chute in plenty of time but the Post Office seemed to roll to a much slower tempo. I've basically determined that if the Post Office timing stays the same, I have to start my order 2 weeks before it's going to be needed to minimize the chance of disruption.

Overall great, a trusted site in my backpack.
Living in France I have to pay added taxes so that's not fun. ‍
But no companies in Europe seem to deliver large quantities of good material like PB.
I wish PureBulk had a facility in France.
I'll order for many years to come from them.
Unless someone European company starts something of the sort. ‍

Seamless order to delivery on schedule. First class product

I reached out to you and asked if I could use something other than milk, but you'd answered other milk products. My stomach was screwed up for awhile after two uses. I was so hoping it'd work, as I have poor sleep…so I was disappointed.

Arrived as ordered. Especially appreciate the Siberian Chaga, which is very fine ground ( I also order from Superior Chaga in Michigan) and is easy to just shake in my coffee.

There was immediate attention paid to my concerns about a duty charge. I was very impressed with Pure Bulk's quick follow up and offer of help.

Everything was OK. Received the order promptly and correctly. Thank You!

The first time I ordered it took 14 days from order to delivery and no problems. The 2nd time, it took 15 days PLUS had to pay extra charges from the company that delivered it. One year difference. Wasn't impressed. Next time claim the order is 100 or less and Canadian residents don't need to pay that extra charge. It's not necessary.
