All the leads they provide you already have an agent. They promise you no commitments but then they tell you that you are signed up for the website which is a 90 day commitment (so no longer month-to-month contract). The sales people tell you something but the rest of the team tells you something else… this is a scam and calls for a clash action in misinformation and misleading realtors who fight for a piece of bread. Absolutely horrible!

I have teamed up with Qazzoo for 4 months and have enjoyed every bit of the relationship. My account Rep tom is always around. When I call the corporate number or email someone makes time to assist me with all my matters. I have renewed my membership and have recommended to industry friends
They advertise to you initially that there is no auto-renewal to their subscription. That is not accurate as they harass you with multiple calls at the end of your 3 month subscription and then bill you anyway. Have filed claim with our bank and the BBB due to this behavior.
I gave 3 stars because customer service was great. Very helpful and polite This is my first time using this service. However I am still nervous the 3 leads I got so far was incorrect one of them was a loan officers from tucker. But I like that fact that they are supposed to give you back the credits for wrong leads. So we will see if I like it I will come back and give a better review.

I work qazzoo leads for two mortgage brokers...I get MANY false leads including many who are actually other realtors and who are NOT in the market to buy or sell. SMH
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Fake leads, Don't waste your money, They do not provide real information. If someone answers, they have no idea why you are calling, or your are provided false information.

They offer real time, quality leads and their customer service team is phenomenal and responsive. Christian and Anthony have been great.
So far a 10/10 experience. With any internet lead platform there will always be people who are not interested, the gold is constantly following up.
Both the initial call & the on-boarding call that followed in less than 24 hours were conducted by knowledgeable employees who conducted themselves professionally. They answered every question patiently and fully. The calls were concluded with offers for continued conversations and support as I have need.
I'm excited to see what this company has to offer and if these will be valuable leads.
