The help with the documentation has been excellent. With explaining how to fill out sections and how the company fills the forms out for you from just a phone call.
The only negative thing is the lack of communication with updates of where the case is at and stage mine has taken over 16 months to complete due to not being informed of issues that have come to light until I reached out asking what the hold up is.
