Stay far away from Google gift cards! I didn't want to give them one star but had no choice. I purchased a gift card 5 months ago for 175.00 from a Walmart in Avondale TX. Where I live. So of course when I went to check the balance it gave me a need more info prompt. After the brutal process of dealing with customer service. They had to refer my case to some "specialists". Two weeks later... still no progress actually things have gotten more strange. Now when I tried to redeem it the prompt was " it could only be redeemed in my home country with that currency". I thought this was some sort of joke but it wasn't. Evidently Avondale Tx. Is not part of the U.S. and we use some foreign currency because they claimed the case closed So! These geniuses slowed the mystery and thats all they can do for me. So again I contact them again and again and again. This has been 5 months with no resolution... they've got my money and now Google is not responding!... at all to any of my emails. As far as I see it they have stolen from me. And from what I can see from the hundreds of questions and complaints I'm not alone in this. So before you spend your money with this evil called "google" do your own research into this ever growing problem! The worst part about this is they don't care about us! At ALL!

One of my first questions was about my boyfriend buying me a gift card on my new account. From what your saying now is no one can buy me a gift card on my account if the payment info is raise member already?
I get condescending attitude from Rysh rep and cuts out the chat before I can even ask the question. So now if my boyfriend buys me gift cards it has to be on his account and needs to send me information for every card! I don't see why can't others pay for my gift card on my account and not be deactivated because of this!

Scam ALERT!

Raise.com sells gift cards at varying discounts. The concept is great, I agree. But when the stated value of your gift cards is not as anticipated! Then, Raise.com will give you a song and a dance, while they deny you a refund. SCAM

Their application is bugged. You have to submit a purchase multiple times. They freeze accounts without explanation. They are VERY difficult to contact. The phone number will tell you to contact them through chat or email. They say they'll call you and won't. You can't use the help feature in the app. You have to go to the website. They're slow to respond, they're rude and they aren't helpful. I would not recommend this company. Every aspect of their business practices are questionable.

Watch out!

I bought a Google play card, tried to use it immediately and got the card has been redeemed already message. Contacted Raise, they won't refund or replace the card. Google says there was no balance and won't do anything because Raise is NOT an authorized reseller!

Ordered e-card for birthday gift for today, my credit card was fully charged (not authorizing/pending!); acct says "digitally delivered" but was never received. They say wait 30 days! Will never order from them again, no excuse for delays on electronically delivered goods they already took the money for!

This site had suspended my account after my fourth listing and sold and kept my 50$ from my gift card! I never recieved an email or text notification about any questions they obviously needed to be asking BEFORE SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT! I will never use this site and recommend you dont either! Im telling everyone i know about this incident! BIG MISTAKE RAISE! Sold my ecard leaving it at a 0$ balance then suspended my account keeping my money!

Rude customer service worker

I had been their customer from 2017 and placed about 200 orders with them, but since last year, they STARTED to send me $0 gift cards, so when I tried to contact them, like many of customers here, I couldn't get them on the phone, neither answered my emails, so I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company. Then, I noticed they suspended my account because I made the disputes! I also had to make a new account because I no longer have access to my old phone number. Now, they again suspended me and when I called them, they blamed me of making disputes, REALLY? You send me $0 gift cards, and then neither answer phone calls nor reply my emails, and blaming me for making disputes and new accounts? Are you serious? It's ridiculous.
Don't waste your money and time. There are many discounted gift card sellers out there who have a much higher discounts on their gift cards, sellers like cardcookie.com cardcash.com ejgiftcards.com all are legit and have a great customer service.

Person information breach

I received an email from credit karma saying that my personal information including credit card had been breached by raise.com.
Personally I don't think it's worth the hassle to put your security information on the line to save a few dollars.
They can easily have had my information secured but it's almost as if they chose not to care about my information.

I hope this helps others so that they can be aware of how raise.com treats other peoples personal information including their credit card informations.

Scam. No Consumer Support.

Do yourself a favor. Try calling the company, using their chat option, or emailing them. You'll quickly see that it's impossible to reach them. When you get gift cards with a $0 balance, you are out of luck because they won't do anything for you despite their "guarantee policy." Because of defrauding people, the company needs to shut down permanently by the government.

Ridiculous website

Literally not one of my purchases are successful they're cancelled for unknown undisclosed reasons every single time. Needless to say they're "Cashback" and promo codes are obviously fake considering you cant even complete a purchase

Highly recommend

Have purchased several thousand dollars worth of gift cards from Raise, including multiple airlines, Walmart, and multiple restaurants. Have a great, uneventful experience 98% of gift cards purchased. For the 2 times I had an issue, had quick email/phone correspondence with them and completely satisfied with their help.

Long time Raise customer very discouraged with their so-called customer service for ZERO balance gift card received.
Long time Raise customer with little to no problems. Recently purchased a gift card and tried to use it. ZERO balance! Cannot speak to anyone at Raise and their online help is useless. Entered my information twice with no response to either request for a refund. Is Raise going out of business? Why no reply?
