Just trying to use the website itself is already a warning. The site consume a ridiculous amount of memory and energy in large part because its objective seems to be to sell ads by drawing users. The service itself is awful only in part because it is such a slow, lumbering memory-hogging behemoth, but mostly because the search results aren't nearly precise enough (in a large city like Toronto) to allow a user to easily find a local MD. In addition, while reviewers (patients) may be able to ascertain likability there seems to be little to no real ability to critically evaluate any given MD.

I was a patient of Dr. Arlen, but because I had seeked out a second opinion she discontinued providing care and dismissed me as a patient. I received a certified letter that states "official notification" to confirm this. She was clear that by me seeking a second opinion from another Doctor broke our Doctor - Patient relationship and she states that she was uncomfortable and she felt that I had lost respect for her as a physician by getting a second opinion. My Patient Portal was disconnected immediately, and I could not communicate with the office. I was devasted and tried to speak to her P. A. who said the decision was made to drop me as a patient. This treatment is again the code of ethics that Doctors subscribe to when they decide to go into medicine. It is common practice that seeking a second opinion is prudent and wise and your right as a patient to educate yourself and compare notes before making decisions regarding your health. My issue was injections into my face and the effects and the Doctor doing this should be certified in Movement Disorders. I was honest and let her know that I did seek another opinion. To be notified of her decision was abrupt and emotionaly driven and not sensitive to me as a patient, who respects medical personel treating me as experts and valued for their expertise.
To be dismissed in this manner to receive a certified letter is un-American and unprofessional and not compassionate to me as a her patient. Regardless that I sought a second opinion, this was my right. Not to mention if she had a serious issue wouldn't she seek out another opinion before making a big health decion. I am so disappointed in Dr. Fern Arlen's for her ego and behavior in sending this personal letter and for the office policy that is in place. I am SO disgusted with the treatement as a patient. In as well, I have very expensive medication that the office is in possession of and is stored in refrigeration at the office. I was asked to pick it up, but I discovered that once it is removed from their medical practice it cannot be used by another Doctor. I wanted to voice my experience to make you aware that with a simple decsion to get a second opinion resulted in this definite decsion to discontinue my medical treatment at this office.
Unfortunely we put Doctors in a exhaulted level and look up to them for help an counsel. This horrible experience was so very shocking to me after I had respect and confidence in Dr. Fern Arlen has made me lose faith in the system not to mention in Dr. Arlen herself is a huge disappointment to me as a human being.

"FOLLOW UP" "BEWARE FOR DR. GAUKHMAN & VANESSA'S WORK:"

I filed a complaint against Dr. Gaukhman and his assistant with the B. B. B. And in his response to the B.B.B.he stated that I was happy with the shoddy work
That his assistant Vanessa performed- and he told the B. B. B. That I was still wearing it for the 11 months of treatment of the work that was a total failure for the two
Attempts with two different labs that Vanessa used, Dr. Gaukhman stated that I was still wearing the prosthesis- which is a TOTAL LIE, please see the copy of the letter that I am also providing for this review
From Dr. Larry Dunford stating that the prosthesis is in fact- in Dr. Dunford's possession, and has been since it was removed as not being fit to be used -as was stated in the letter from Dr. Dunford.

I am also submitting photos showing exactly what was wrong with the work that was performed by the assistant from Dr. Gakuhman's office.
Dr. Dunford was totally amazed to the fact, even though I emphasized to Dr. Gaukhman that the 6 dentist that I got opinions from, all stated that I needed to have only a prosthodontist dentist
Do the work on me, and certainly not an assistant as Dr. Gaukhman allowed- and not one single time did Dr. Gaukhman ever assist Vanessa's work -other than stating that he watches her on security
Cameras located in all of the exam rooms.

Dr. Misch said even though his wife is a prosthodontist she could not do my case as it was too complicated- and so Dr. Misch referred me to Dr. Dunford. As I needed a prosthodontist and not a
Non-professional un-trained person without any experience- nor any help did she ever get from Dr. Gaukhman to do the work that I desperately needed.

Dr. Dunford did 95% of my work alone on me- and in 10 visits that was performed before ever sending it off to the lab, and when the unit came back as a one piece Ziconia unit from the lab it was 100%
Perfect, not like the inferior and nonfunctional 4 separate piece units that Vanessa did- and that her work was in such an unprofessional manner and result, BUT instead I received a perfect functional
One piece unit -and aesthetically perfect from Dr. Dunford's work, We Sometimes Learn From Other Peoples mistakes-

If reviews can be hidden or removed or not published at all, what is the point? I'm so sick of male logic that buying anything is okay. You are going to suffer greatly if you continue to kill women and children by drugging them senseless. Medicine is a scam, I am healed from lung cancer and COPD just using cannabis oil. They want to sell themselves as your God and the pills that keep them in fancy houses. Just die medicine you are killing the world. Everyone can be paid off even RateMDs.

In June, 2018 I had a Cervical problem so severe that the spinal orthopedic physician in my town would not touch me and also a lumbar spine problem that was also severe. I had had a fusion in 1998 and another in 2007 and had been on 60mg of morphine 3 times a day plus up to 5 oxycodone 5mg since 1996 plus countless steroid injections. In additions I. Developed scolyois so bad that I was completely bend over and I lost my ability to walk and I have to use a walker. I was referred to a Neuro-Surgeon in Eugene, Ore. Dr. Carmina Angeles at Keiper Spine, 1410 Oak St., Eugene, Ore. *******. DR Angeles is AMAZING and has worked miracles in my life. She did 8 Cervical Fusions in June of 2018 and kept me out of a wheelchair, she wanted me to recover a few months before doing the lumbar fusions. In October of 2018 she fused 6 discs and she cut into my left side as well as the right side of my spine she told me she would make me taller. I am now 2" taller and I am not bend over. I recommend Dr. Angeles to anyone who wants their life back and I only need Tylenol for pain now and the pain is on the side of a previous fusion. I don't have enough good word to say about Dr. Angeles except she is also very pretty and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Angeles, Bonnie Alexander

Dr. Nischea Sihota is the best family physician I ever met in the last 30 years of my experience visiting doctors. I met her few months ago when my then family doctor retired and closed the clinic. When I first visited her, I noticed that she is a very kind person and care about her patients very much. She took quick action to support me and investigate my chronic health issues that I was suffering for years and paid full attention on my overall health issues. She is a very energetic and enthusiastic doctor and her generous care helped me to recover faster physically and psychologically. It is sad to see that she is leaving from British Columbia. I know lots of people will miss her and her better care and quality treatments. I wish her success and best luck for her future endeavors.

He is the best. Have been going to him for over three years for pain management for my back. He is very kind and keeps checking on you during the procedure. He does not put you to sleep which is better. You get the injection with very little discomfort and you walk out right after. I have had injections in different states and Mayhew is the best. Terry is his nurse and she also keeps checking on you during the procedure, i highly recommend him.

Negative review rated a "1" ended up a "3" , how does that happen? No credibility! I rated Dr. Patel 1, because she was lackadaisical about a long term serious infection that was not healing. When l requested to have a new physician, l was lambasted by the office manager, who said l was not a good fit for their office. So l was fired by the practice for complaining about my care. In the middle of a serious infection, l had to hunt and for a new Doctor.

The first time I met Dr. Tassos Dionisopoulos he put me at ease right away by explaining the whole procedure in detail. He was very pleasant and professional. He also explained what results to expect as well the healing process. The day of the surgery, I was not nervous at all because I knew I was in good hands. After the procedure, he followed up by phone and was available to answer any questions. His whole team was caring and available to support me both before and after the procedure. It was truly a great experience!

I had a great experience! Dr. D and his team made me feel extremely comfortable. Any time I had questions, I called or emailed the clinic and they answered me right away. The follow up appointments were quick, with barely any wait time. Dr. D and the Medispa staff were great to work with! They are all super friendly, warm, and flexible. I should have done this surgery 5 years ago! This surgery was worth every penny and changed my entire life.

I was diagnosed with Gallbladder stones and I decided to take a 60 miles trip from where I live in Tarrytown, NY to West Orange, NJ to meet with Dr. David Rahni due to multiple recommendations by friends and family members. He was highly recommended due to his reputation and his specialty as a GI Doctor specializing in Advanced Endoscopy. Dr. Rahni's office visit was pleasant, met with a courteous receptionist and a wonderful and a professional office manager on July 3rd, 2018.
Having reviewed my CITI Scan and MRI in advance, Dr. Rahni met with me and my husband and explained the procedures in detail. He gave us ample time to ask questions and patiently answered all of our questions. He provided me a high level of comfort by assuring me that I will be receiving the best possible care.
My procedure went extremely smooth with no complications. It was quite an exceptional experience. I am very pleased with the expert services I received under Dr. Rahni's care. Saint Barnabas Hospital nursing team was incredibly friendly and professional.
I am therefore, highly recommend Dr. Rahni to those who are seeking a professional GI physician with expertise in Advanced Endoscopy.
