Labor intensive: Worked 2 days diligently to replace dishwasher grommet that was the incorrect fit. Finally, discovered the grommet was too tall after 1 was torn apart and more online research revealed the problem. Stop selling these to people unless they actually fit their dishwasher.
Rang up on Friday for the oil seal kit and water pump and it arrived the next day, they dropped it at FEDEX especially.(In the middle of COVID) 1st class, amazing

This is the second set I have bought. These bearings have outlasted three sets of mower blades! We have to cut at least an acre of grass a week. I have definitely put these to a test! I always keep them greased with high pressure grease. I am VERY impressed with how quiet they are. They are so good that I replaced the new bearings that came with the new spindle assembly I had to order!

Bought parts, got good deal partly to do with it was a kit. I only needed two bearings out of the kit. The kit though was cheaper than it was to buy the bearings individually here.
So one of the bearings ended up being wrong so i called customer service and check it out... someone answered the phone. Then on top of that they immediately sent out the right bearing, then on top of that they refunded all of the kit that I didnt need and just charged me for the two bearings once i returned the rest of the kit to them, so all said and done I got two quality bearings for 20 when local here they are 45 a piece.
On top of that they sent return label and package to send back in.
I have way to many kids to not appreciate a good deal.

They are sending the wrong impeller 2 times i reordered and the same kit was sent the second time withe the wrong impeller
Parts were reasonable, job took 5 hours on a miserably cold weekend and my washer runs smooth as glass now
After two days I had to request a tracking number. That response was prompt and so was the delivery. Time will tell how good the bearings are.
