I found I could not download it. I tried to contact them but ended up going round in circles. I tried to register but said before they accet, I had to check my emails to see if I have received their email. They claimed to have sent me an email twice. I got an email off their website and tried to email them and it wasn't recognised. I'm already very suspcious. Don't bother to purchase. I have had trouble access my emails so I thought there was something wrong and there was a message to update my 'driverl I don't think I will be able to get my money back. But I won't be paying a subscription next year. Icouldn't download lete alone install so I'll get rid of it. Norton said it was safe.
Both some positive reviews and the actual company representatives themselves, in replies to reviews, claims it is be BBB accredited. It is not, just look it up for yourself. Even the Reviversoft website claims it is BBB certified and their actual BBB link only goes to the BBB homepage, not any page regarding this company or their BBB status. All companies that are Reviversoft LLC in Walnut Creek are not accredited with the California BBB. It does have a rating but it is not accredited. See the photo attached
It was not cheap, but sounded good (OK that should sound a few warning bells). Downloaded and installed onto W10 no problem. It scanned and "fixed" my PC. However - I lost all functionality. I couldn't access apps and the touch screen stopped working. I had to do a full system restore back to factory and then re-load programmes and updates to W10. I contacted support who, to be fair, responded quickly and accepted the proof I sent them of the damage caused. They also offered a full refund of the 47.99 gbp. All well and good so far. However, the refund after three weeks has still not arrived and now there is no response from support to my repeated emails. I have had to raise a PayPal dispute. The e-seller is Cleverbridge who say they are not responsible for the product and just act for Riversoft as an e-commerce site. So I have now raised it up to a PayPal claim and am awaiting the outcome. Thankfully I used PayPal and will see what happens, but my advice would be to use with great caution and avoid it if you are using Windows 10.
I used ReviverSoft's Registry Reviver (RR) for about two years without any problems. About ten days ago Webroot's Secure Anywhere (SA) began finding malware on the program. According to Webroot, they have marked Registry Reviver as a PUA or "Potentially Unwanted Application." Consequently, my computer will no longer run RR.
A tech at ReviverSoft told me in a defensive, patronizing, and nasty reply to turn off SA when running RR. The problem was SA not RR.
Errors from scans were not removed after each scan as stated by the program. Instead, before a new scan was run I was informed there were issues that were not repaired from the last scan & needed to be fixed. This happened repeatedly.
I contacted ReviverSoft but never received a response from them. I now have a new computer & didn't bother transferring ReviverSoft to it.
I have been unable to use PC Reviver since I purchased it! It says that I need to purchase the program and when I insert the License Code they gave me it says it has been used! I registered the program as directed and still have yet to be able to use it! I have also made multiple attempts to contact support and have heard nothing! Don't waste your time or energy on their products!
I purchased their plan a few days ago, they did nothing for my computer that I could tell. I unfortunately paid for their service before. Then they want me to go on site and purchase another $39.95 plan, I couldn't believe this. They keep trying to interrupt my computer and wanting me to pay them again for nothing? I lost 35.00 on their site. I guess I can just count that up to bad experience.
It appears to me the positive reviews of this product are all written by the same person. Many of the phrases are used in subsequent reviews. The writing styles appear to be very similar. The reviews are so close in their comments, it makes me very suspicious of the authenticity of the reviews.

Most of the the time, they reply with link to other webpage regarding your problem. NO INTEREST In fixing error you have.
Some reply is just nasty brush-off, I CAN NOT recommended it.
Very disappointing.

A reviversoft customer for 5 months now. Just wanted to chip in and share my feedback over reg reviver. It's a nice little program that keeps my computer in good shape and support has been helpful. A positive experience I must say, esp. With so many rogue companies out there..
Thanks for your feedback, Marilyn!
We intend to continue delivering a positive experience for all our customers.
I've been using both registry reviver and driver reviver for a few months now. Both programs have served me well and their support folks have taken good care of me. Hopefully, if all goes well, I may choose to renew their products. Not sure why one of the reviews below talk about fake errors, as their registry program is by far one of the best I've used till date. They also seem to be BBB accredited, so they are pretty reliable.

They have some pretty decent products up for grab. I've been using driver reviver for a while now and it has served me well. The new version is a lot better than the old one, most notably because it downloads and installs the update for you. Also got a chance to give Registry Reviver 2.1 a try and it seemed pretty decent, at least in comparison to some of the other genuinely rogue programs I've come across. Maybe when my current cleaner's subscription runs out, I'll give this one a try.
Thanks for your feedback!

Program produces fake errors that do not exist and claims to have awards which are also fake
