Mostly your website not directing me to the correct products for my bike. Not directing your people the correct way to fit products so I say poor training on your side.

I appreciate their in depth product descriptions, the details they put into each product and the ability to reach out for more info if needed.

I had a question regarding bark busters prior to placing my order. Sales rep took some time to research my issue and I ended ordering them immediately.

I ordered the wrong front tire size due to
Their site having incorrect information on the "shop your ride". My fault too for not double checking. That being said they quickly got me a return label printed and also waved whatever fee there is due to it being incorrect information on the website. No wait time, fast delivery with my corrected order, and fast refund. The gal I spoke to on the phone was super helpful.
