Smooth and seamless transaction and vehicle arrived on time.

Very thorough. The car had just been washed and waxed, but the pick up log stated that it was dirty, well, after traveling 3000 miles that was then a correct statement.

I received my truck in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, talked me this thru transport. Called me once my truck was delivered. Will use this again in the futuro.

Had two Separate moves in last month or so. Both vehicles arrived in a timely fashion. Would use these guys again. NEVER in My Life would I Ever use one of their competitors named Montway! Run as fast as you can to Anyone Else.

The driver arrived two days later than scheduled, but once he got to the house, everything went smoothly and the car arrived in Virginia in a timely manner.

The driver was great! Once car was picked up it was delivered in a very timely manner.

However, scheduling and cost changed... almost a week later on pick up and hundreds more in price...

Overall very good experience. They were able to setup the pickup and drop off quickly. The driver was responsive and sent updates before arriving. Do be aware to not load vehicles before shipping as there can be extra fees due to weight.

I've used Roadrunner twice for two different cross country moves & they made it easy to transport my car. I couldn't be present for the second pickup but we worked it out with a local business where I was able to leave my car in their parking lot & keys with the business owner. It was a great experience overall!

Great Experience every time this was our fourth time shipping our daughters car down to college and every time it's been great.

Car was picked up on time and contact with carrier was good. Delivered earlier than said,which was a plus for us.

Return contact regarding customer concerns was non existent. It took 6 days instead of 3-5 days to get vehicle, I had an AirTag on my keys so I could see that my car remained in Dallas area for 2 days instead of being brought down to San Antonio in a timely manner. When assured that I would get a return call from Road runner I received an email instead.

Over all I was happy with my experience. There was a slight glich because my pick address was Miromar Lakes in Fort Myers not Miromar near Miami, The delay was okay and I understand the logistics can be a lot to handle. I did appreciate the front door service at my destination in Temecula California.
